This boutique salon is one of a kind. From the moment you step inside you are greeted with the retro Vegas decor, the cocktails are delicious, & Krysti is phenomenal. She listens to what you’re wanting and uses her knowledge and skills to make it happen. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Ahhhh 😁 I can't say enough about Serendipity Hair Studio! First of all it is an adorable salon, the decor is all Vegas themed and so much pink! (Obviously I love pink) but on top of that, the service is amazing. Krysti, is the absolute best! She is the only hair stylist who has ever done my hair and I left smiling ear to ear.

Wow! What a truly unique and stunning space! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it feels like stepping into another world. I got a haircut from Sarah Jane this morning and could not love it more! She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and I feel like she truly listened to what I was going for and had the skills to pull it off perfectly. The salon itself is bright and inviting - love the cute, colorful decor. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be returning for my next haircut!

I moved here from the west coast and had an amazing stylist back home. I was so afraid I wouldn't find someone here, but then I was told about Serendipity by friends and how amazing Kristy was, and let's just say she's even better! I love getting my hair done, and it's more like going to see a friend than just getting a service done. The shop is beyond cute and just pours happiness around every corner. 5 stars isn't enough, so if you need a new salon or just want to spoil yourself with the best vibes, this is the place!

I moved to the Knoxville area (specifically halls) back in September of 2023 to be closer to family. I had an amazing hair stylist back home but I was losing hope in finding a new hair stylist that didn’t just see me as another paycheck. I stumbled across Shauna at Serendipity hair salon and couldn’t be happier. The vibe of the salon is retro and cute. Shauna makes my hair color goals a reality and I will forever recommend her/this salon! Serendipity also sells Blumenberg candles - an amazing woman owned small business with candles that will make your home smelling amazing. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Knoxville area!

Krysti cut my hair and it looks so amazing! Its healthy and the products she used had my hair looking like it has never looked before! I always struggle with frizz and she was super helpful and recommended amazing products.
