Had an excellent experience here! Midterms had just ended, and I was looking to congratulate myself as well as destress from the tension of all the work I had done. The staff was so gentle, accommodating, and kind. I do sometimes find discomfort with my body being touched but I felt very at ease and at peace here! Also, became an instant fan of the hot stones as an addition to my relaxing massage. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend going here! When my old massage therapist has to retire for her own health concerns, I never thought I would find someone who could replace her and do such an amazing job. My shoulders and back was so locked up, I was in a lot of pain. I thought what could hurt worse but to try it. I had never been here before or knew anything about these ladies so it was a took a chance. Kaitlin was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be going back to see her. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. And I felt so much better afterwards! Thank you Kaitlin for being an amazing massage therapist.

Loved the 2 hour Ashiatsu massage from Nala! This was my first time receiving an Ashiatsu message, and she clearly explained the process and benefits. My lower body needed a lot of work, and Nala was very skilled at detecting and working through the issues in a truly professional and personalized manner. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Margareta for deep tissue massage. She is skilled at locating the muscles that need the most attention and does a great job communicating and asking about pressure as she gets to know your comfort level. Serendipity is a great, small massage place with comfortable rooms and an easy online booking system.

Kaitlin and Margareta are absolutely incredible! Husband and I got a couples massage. We are two tired parents to an energetic toddler and this was exactly what we needed. I don’t think I have felt this relaxed in years. The studio is cute, cozy, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend, we already can’t wait to come back!

I had one of the best deep tissue massages thanks to Kaitlin. The rare kind where you can’t help but say-omg, now that was amazing!! Super friendly, attentive, and helped me with some home tips to address a really sore spot in my neck. Highly recommend Kaitlin and Serendipity!

My fiance and I were coming in to Tenesee from DC and looking to get in for a massage. After finding this gem online and reading the reviews, I went online to book for the next day. I had Margaret for a 60 min Relaxation with hot stones and 10 extra minutes. I have never been so relaxed and found that Margaret really takes her time ensuring all trouble areas that hold the most tension are released and that her compressions over the sheet let your body know beforehand where she's going to be massaged. My fiance had Katelyn as his therapist and loved that she was able to get in deep. His body felt so sore but relaxed afterwards. She also went to great lengths to incorporate cups for his shoulders and 30 minutes extra to thoroughly relax and soothe his chronic tension. The place is a small business, woman operated and peaceful. We Are so grateful to have come across this business!! Thank you ladies 💕💕

My partner and I received a couples session yesterday. Kaitlin provided probably the best deep tissue treatment that I’ve ever had. They were super welcoming and the space was warm and relaxing. In addition, the therapists were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Definitely a queer friendly establishment, and I will be happy to recommend Serendipity to anyone seeking an A+ massage. ❤️

My partner and I went to Serendipity last weekend for a couples massage. My partner got a deep tissue massage from Kaitlin and I had a relaxing massage with Margareta. The location was nestled away in a beautiful area, and the inside had wonderful vibes. It was a great experience and we will certainly be back :)

Kaitlin Brashear is the absolute best! I have gone to her for years! I have major neck and back issues and she does an amazing job getting them worked out. If you are in need of a deep tissue massage, check her out! You won't regret it.

I saw Savannah today and when I tell you, that lady has magical hands, she truly does!! I’ve been to several massages therapist in the past and Savannah is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. I’m originally from Kentucky but would drive hours and hours just to come see her. She is amazing!! 💗

My QLs kill me. I came in feeling like I had been punched in the kidneys. Kaitlin knew exactly the kind of pressure I needed and how to work out not only my QL issues but problem areas I didn't even know I had! Highly recommend. Money well spent. Slept like a baby!
