My family and I enjoyed our pedicures at Serene while on vacation. Very clean, easy to set up an appointment and very accommodating for our large group. We had a mimosa while we relaxed and chatted. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

This place is darling! I recently got a facial with Kellie and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff is so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. Kellie was incredibly knowledgable and her hands are magic. She was so patient, sweet, and gentle and was able to customize her recommendations and services based on my budget. I can't wait to go back!

Honestly not the type of person to leave a bad review but this was such a bad experience. I have been to this location multiple times and always had a good experience until today. I was HARASSED by a gentleman who was doing my pedicure. He was even arguing with Lindsay, a sweet woman who worked there. He made me feel so UNCOMFORTABLE. Kept trying to sell me on things I didn’t want and made myself very clear. Was telling me how bad regular polish is for me and insisted on doing gel when I told him many times what I wanted. I legit told him to stop and left the place with my polish off and on the verge of tears. I will not be going back which is sad, I loved this place.

Husband and I made a trip to Scottsdale for a football game. I was able to schedule an hour couples massage less than 24 hours before, which I wasn't sure if we'd be able to find an opening anywhere. The receptionist was friendly and inviting. The space had a calming ambiance and was super clean. Calista was amazing!! The pressure was great, the facial massage part felt incredible. And the hot towels were a nice touch. If I lived here I would be returning. Thanks!

I’ve frequented this salon for my pedicures in the past. However, after yesterday’s “appointment” with my Grandma, I will not be returning. As we are checking in for the appointment that I made over the phone the day before, I’m informed that they apparently don’t have us on the schedule. We’re asked to wait 10-15 minutes. Not a big deal. After 15 minutes, they seat us in the chairs and leave us unattended for another 10 minutes. Mind you, during this time we’re not even soaking our feet or anything. Just sitting in the chairs. Finally, one person comes over to ask who wants to go first. I asked how long it would be to get another nail tech and have our pedicures done at the same time, and he just made a joke about doing both of ours with one hand each. He then started on my Grandma’s pedicure and quickly proceeded to make her bleed during the “callous treatment”. Finally, someone came over to start on my pedicure by the time they started painting her nails. I asked for each of us to have our included beverage (as this is included in every service). They both looked at me like I was crazy. I asked again, and finally the receptionist came over to ask what we want to drink. Terrible service all around. Gel is $20 extra so a pedicure with callous treatment and gel is literally $75.

Nail salon does a poor job at planning, I had 3 appointments this past week that the nail salon asked me to reschedule because they over booked. 1st appointment they called me 10 minutes before my appointment 2nd appointment they made me wait over 20 minutes and still was never seen and was promised a discount at my next appointment because of their poor scheduling. Showed up today to my 3rd appointment where they told me I was not going to get a discount and that they had no one to do my nails. Poor customer service, Lindsey was unprofessional and could have cared less about how it was their fault that this was my third appointment due to their lack of communication.

I got a massage with Celina and she was AMAZING. She really listened to my needs regarding my injuries and pressure I wanted. She was on par with any sports massage therapist I’ve seen. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her, I would absolutely go back to her. Highly recommend!!!

I booked a massage, a classic pedicure and acrylics. The massage with Calista was amazing, I was very very happy with her. When I got done with my massage, I told the receptionist that I also had an appointment for a pedicure and acrylics. One of the nails ladies on the nail spa side told me to sit in the pedicure chair. Lucy - soaked my feet, did my cuticles, asked me if I was doing manicure too - I told her I did make an appointment for pedicure and acrylics. She seemed pissed off after I told her , rushed my pedicure. She only soaked my feet, did my cuticles and painted my toenails. She did not do a 5 min leg and foot massage, cut my toenails nor the warm towels. Very disappointed with the pedicure. Also, an extra $20 for gel nail polish? Not worth it. AND she over charged me. I have attached pictures too. It looks like a 10 year old did my toes.

I've had a nice experience here the last several massages. I enjoyed the Lomi Lomi massage and other custom massages. It's more personable than a corporate massage chain, but a good price compared to other overpriced Scottsdale massage locations.

I have been going here for awhile and loved it until today. I made an appointment to get my nails done with some friends for prom. My toes turned out great! Heather was very friendly and did a great job! On the other hand my manicure did not turn out good. They were all stressed while we were there and they rushed through my manicure. I got French nails and they are very crooked and one broke the same day I got them. I’m very disappointed and will not be going there anymore. My friend also got scammed and charged more than she wanted they added something that she didn’t want which costed $15. Long story short we were there for 2.5 hours and are not satisfied.

I visited Serene day spa for the 1st time today and had the best experience! The spa is so cute and relaxing, I loved the way it was decorated. I booked the Jenny’s favorite massage with Celina and she did a fantastic job. My body was humming when I left! Now I want to try all services at Serene!
