I made an appointment over a week ago. I show up on time to find out they didn’t have me down for an appointment. I scheduled my appointment around work so I could go in. The owner or manager apologized and asked if I could wait about 45 minutes to be seen. I couldn’t so I left. What a disappointment after the nail tech would constantly message me on FB to book with her. Then I finally do and this happens.

Very nice place and cozy place! I was very well received and the environment made me feel comfortable, despite being my first time visiting.. I had a wash and blow done by Melyssa! Lasted quite a few days the product she used were amazing love it going back again without hesitation.

A couple of days ago we took my mother to have her hair cut, we had never been there, they sat her down with a girl who did not speak Spanish my mother doesn’t speak English. and she started doing her job the result was fatal they sheared all her hair and on top of that they charged her like If it were the super cut, for a short haircut We never pay so much in this place it was $ 75 dollars possibly if they had done a good job I would be no comment with the price, my sister waited for her outside of the place and she never knew what they did to her and why they were charging her so much “ if it was not long hair “ she was not happy, she was very upset of the hair cut, three days after hearing our mother complain about what had been done to her hair we decided to call the Salon Serene. They gave us an appointment for today, when we arrived they sat us down and waited for a long time all the girls were in a corner talking and none of them moved to attend her, my mother that she is older lady feel more frustrate BC no one came to her☹️first you must give good customer service and ensure you leave satisfied and not have to come to this, I think that all clients should be treated the same and if it is new much more so that they return and unfortunately it will not be our case

Tara gave me an emergency trim and I talked myself into more services after loving the salon. This place was relaxing and super clean. I will definitely be back soon.

I absolutely loved everything about this salon! They are very transparent and they tell you how it is. I went in for a balayage and I LOVED the outcome. The owner is such a wonderful big hearted individual and the service is OUTSTANDING!! I don’t think I’ll ever change from salons again. If you want a professional and beautiful hair then go here you won’t be disappointed!!

Melyssa is beyond amazing and can do the impossible. My hair before, was so brassy, and dull and she gave me the makeover of my life. She's sweet, makes you feel comfortable and is honest. When I got my hair done, literally 10 people asked me who my hairstylist was and I sent them to the best. I found my hairstylist for life and wouldn't trust anyone else but her. So incredibly talented.

Love this place! The owners and staff are wonderful. Best mani/pedi ever. I have friends that have had their hair done there and they loved the results. I would highly recommend!

I love this place! Everyone is welcoming, the salon is clean and my hair stylist Yessey is THE BEST!! Such a sweet, knowledgeable stylist, she has the best interest in the health of your hair always, that's important to me. I highly recommend Yessey and Serene salon to anyone with hair styling needs!
