When I'm interested in getting something done to better myself, I always do research as well as look at the reviews of places that service my needs. I wanted laser hair removal. I was already aware that laser hair removal wouldn't be permanent and some hair's could not be removed. With that being said, I found this lovely gem establishment/business. I appreciated Dr. Charles honest consultation regarding the results I would receive. She made me feel comfortable and always provided professional patient "bed side matters". She is very relatable and the Spa atmosphere for this business is one of a calming nature. Though, I am finished my treatments, I will continue to support Serenity Aesthetics and Wellness. Dr. Charles and her staff are great.

Our team is also well versed in their skill set because of the internal and external on going training we receive. I have had multiple fantastic experiences with Camille. I have had facials at many different offices before, and Serenity does an excellent job of incorporating the effective medspa components of a facial as well as the manual, spa-like components. I highly recommend a facial with Camille!

Came to Serenity to get Botox/Xeomin for headaches. I still wanted to have movement and look “natural,” but wanted to see if it would help relieve tension headaches. I have felt listened to and comfortable. The injections have helped pretty quickly!

Dr. G is incredibly knowledgeable about her profession, skincare and her products and treatment. Her custom regiment are targeted and planned for optimal success for SAFE and EFFECTIVE skincare treatments. Her place is clean and inviting and her staff is friendly, discreet and very helpful. So far, my experience at Serenity has been a positive one. I was looking for a more local, cheaper option for skincare and advice compared to another location I had been using. So far, I can recommend their botox and microneedling treatments, and already anticipate returning for new sessions. I do believe I am being listened to when expressing my skincare concerns.

My Serenity Facial with Thaelys was amazing. I happened to mention how it opened up my lymphatic system at a recent visit with my doctor and he said “ give me her number, not everyone can do that “. The dark circle and puffiness under my eyes is much less noticeable.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you know you’re in for something special. The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting, calming scents, and a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere. Aligns with their name. The staff is warm, and you immediately feel at ease. The treatment menu is extensive, offering a wide range of services. Facials here are out of this world, and the knowledge they leave you with to take care of yourself is truly priceless. They care. I love the Serenity face wash and lotion and have been using it for months now! If you’re in the neighborhood or just visiting it’s a must try spa day. You wont regret it. Such a lovely spa experience! The spa itself is lovely and spotless. The staff is warm and knowledgeable. They really go the extra mile to create a relaxing and pampered experience for me including champagne! I’ve gone to other cosmetic dermatologists in the past but this med spa is top notch! After my first chemical peel, I immediately scheduled a series of chemical peels. Also gotta love that it’s black and female owned. I love this spa and so does my skin!

I’ve received 2 chemical peels , and My experience thus far has been amazing to say the least. I’ve been battling with acne for years, and have never been able to get it under control. I’ve always done research on chemical peels, but never followed through. I finally Decided to give them a try when I was referred by a friend. At first, I was a little hesitant to receive it, But Camille reassured me , and let me know this would help push my skin in a better direction. After receiving the first Peel I didn’t get much improvement in regard's to my Acne. however, I got a lot of peeling throughout my skin, Leaving it feeling super soft. With My second Peel, Camille went in with a stronger peel that would help target my acne. This peel Worked wonders! The acne That I used to have constantly, Is no longer there! I’m so excited for my third and final peel Wish me luck!

She took the time to listen to all my skincare concerns, educate me on different products and treatment options to address those concerns, and helped me develop the perfect skincare routine from which I have already seen results in such a short amount of time. Omg my facial was amazing ! I can see a big difference in my skin 😊 . I’m suffering from hyperpigmentation post acne post menopausal and wow this is really making a big impact on my scars. Dr. Charles & her team are a true pleasure! I’ve been treated twice at this office for a laser/chemical peel combo, and have been very happy with the outcome each time. Dr. Charles & her team are very personable and make sure to check up on your progress every step of the way. I would also recommend purchasing her Tretinoin based “Night Renewal Serum” as I’ve had it for a while & it truly feels like silk on the skin! Overall, I would highly suggest this practice especially for women & men with melanated complexions.

I highly recommend Serenity and have already recommended to my friends. From the booking to treatment, the experience has been enjoyable. I received a light peel treatment by Camille and she took her time to educate me on all my options based on my skincare goals. During the treatment she explained every step, product and why she used each product. She also checked my comfort level several times throughout the treatment. I’m excited to get my second peel in 6 weeks and track improvement.
