I didn’t use Serenity Beauty Boutique for the actual waxing services but I was the very first student of Brittany’s Brazilian Wax 101 class and it was by far the absolute best class I have ever been a part of to date. She was so informative, the information was easy to understand, she allowed any and all question (there literally was no stupid questions) and best of all it was a 1 on 1 class which cuts down on any and all anxiety you might have. She made the class personal by being transparent with sharing her story and struggles. I could go on and on and on but the bottom line is if you are a licensed and valid esthetician and have some interest in working in the area of waxing this is hands down the class for you. Please do yourself a favor and give her a call and book your class now. Thank me later!

Have had the pleasure of getting waxed twice and my eyebrows tinted. I plan on using more of her services as well. She makes you extremely comfortable, she’s extremely friendly and the products she uses are natural. In all of my adulthood experience I feel valued and well taken care of. I was so tired of getting a Brazilian by people who made me uncomfortable so I hopped on google for new places to get a wax and this name caught me. My first experience let me know I would never go ANYWHERE else again!!!! Brittany is the best HANDS DOWN. She makes you so comfortable during whatever service is being provided . When I get My Brazilian wax it always last long and I never run into bumps thanks to the serum (she makes herself with all the good & natural ingredients people like me w/ sensitive skin need by the way)!! Her space is beautiful & welcoming, she always has the mood set with good music. She takes time to learn what technique works best with you to ensure you’re comfortable. My eyebrow wax & tint always comes out amazing as well and the tint can last me up to 2 weeks! I have oily skin so that is impressive. Beyond Brittany’s amazing gift to make us feel beautiful she also knows how to have a conversation respectfully and professionally, 10/10 for customer service! I’ve sent multiple people to her and they are all committed to Brittany as well. I’m so glad I found this place!!!!!

Serenity makes my wax experience so comfortable. She educates you on your skin and recommends the best skin care regimens. Her space is very clean and relaxing! I tried Brazilian waxing 3 times before coming to her and all 3 were a fail. I have been to her 4 times now and I love the results!

Brittany was amazing. Got a facial and brow wax. Incredibly relaxing and my face feels amazing. She was very knowledgeable and consulted me on what I needed. Even though it was a timed session I don’t feel she rushed any part of it. Would definitely recommend and go back!!

Had the pleasure of having my 1st wax from Brittany, she kept me calm while talking to me so I wouldn’t think about the possible pain I was going to experience. I was scared as ever, but Brittany relaxed me and I ended up with a great experience! She explained aftercare tips, as well as her products are A1! Also had the pleasure of getting a hour facial! Thought I was in heaven 😍.. most definitely going back!

I am from NYC and have been to some well known Spas for a facial while there. When I came across Brittney's page on Instagram I already knew that I was going to go to her for my brows. When I saw she offered a mini facial, I went ahead and added that as well. GREAT DECISION!!! 1st let me start by saying that the decor is beautifully done. After a semi painless waxing (which was a 1st for me. I usually feel like my face is on fire) She turned off the lights and I was transported to another place. Her hands are MAGIC. So gentle and so relaxing. It was such an amazing experience. With all of the pampering I received with the mini facial, I can't wait to experience the full facial!!! I have decided that I am going to see Brittany monthly as a treat for myself 💕
