I would give her 6 stars if I could. The amount of detail that was put in to making sure I was comfortable and happy was something I appreciate on such a deep level. She even had a mini massager to put on my back! Also, she was so gentle I didn’t even bruise from my injections (lip filler). Lastly, she was professional, but also was very authentic and enjoyable to talk to. Amazing experience!

I am extremely pleased with my experience getting lip filler for the first time! Going into it i was very nervous but I once I arrived i was immediately made to feel much more relaxed about the procedure. I am thrilled with the results and love how meticulous the injector was in making sure everything was even. I would definitely go back again when the time comes and recommend to others!

I recently visited for Botox treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The ambiance was relaxing, which eased my nerves. The practitioner was knowledgeable and gave great advice. Her expertise was very apparent, and I appreciated the personalized approach. Overall, the combination of excellent service and skillful treatment made this an amazing experience.

I was purchased your service through Groupon and came to check the reviews afterwards, the business owner seems have very conflicting response on clients concerns [ uneven lip filler and same day cancelation during storm ] , I called my bank and disputed the charge instantly to push forward with another vendor for same service . Not cool, attend to your clients concerns with positive solutions , not conflicts of interest.

I went today for Botox and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and the doctors really listened to what it was that I wanted done and even gave me recommendations of what to do and not to do for areas of concern that I’ve had with my skin. The place is beautiful as well. Do note that my GPS took me to the back of the building so if your GPS says to turn in what looks like the back loading area of a building just go down to the next left and the door you go into is in the corner. Again, lovely place that I am happy to drive back from Orlando to visit again.

My lips are totally uneven, this is not my first time getting them done, this is my fourth. This is my first time getting them done by this business. I live an hour n half away from the Tampa location, I came in two days away from the two week mark( my lips are usually healed by this time) she said that she wanted them to settle, and wait another week. They feel pretty settled, there is a large bump in the bottom lip, she said that she will put a little Botox to settle the nerve on the top of my lip. But here's the thing that I'm upset about. I have to pay for another syringe?!!!!! I came to you trusting you and paid you for a full syringe, you obviously did not inject correctly for my lips to look like this, and now I have to pay when it's your mistake??!! Also I'm a stay at home mom I don't have the energy to be driving this far and be told come back next week, and pay for another syringe. I rarely get to do expensive things like this for myself and this is just honestly heartbreaking. I recommend going somewhere else who has more experience and who would be willing to take responsibility for there errors, especially being that this procedure isn't cheap. I called them and they still cannot do the half of syringe that would fix this.

Phinon and her assistant Layla are amazing! I was really self conscious when I stepped in the door and they made me feel so comfortable. She is very passionate about what she does and truly cares about making you feel and look your best! I drive an hour to see her even though there are places that I can go that are closer, she is the only person I’ll trust with my beauty needs!

I had a Groupon to use for my first time at Serenity Beauty Secrets. I live in Florida, and we are in the middle of a tropical storm. I had an appointment at 2:30 today. This morning, I received a text asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment for earlier today due to the weather, which made no sense because we are still in the middle of a storm. I asked if I could reschedule for another day since the storm was going to be here throughout the day, and I was told that it would be considered the same day cancellation and I would have a penalty. Really??? I called and asked for a manager or owner and explained the situation, and I was told by her I should have canceled 4 days ago when the storm was predicted. Again, really? She was completely unwilling to reschedule me due to the weather, stating that we have a "little bit of wind and a little bit of rain" and her staff an office are open, when in actuality we are under a storm surge and tornado watch and I would be crossing a major Bridge. I was then told that we could wait until noon, and if "they" felt the storm was too bad, she could cancel my appointment, but I could not initiate the rescheduling of the appointment. I subsequently received a text from the owner stating that due to the first agent misinforming me about rescheduling my appointment that she would "accommodate me" to reschedule for Wednesday. It's not the kind of place that I want to go to when you're sticking needles in my face if you don't even care about me driving in a tropical storm. I canceled my Groupon and appointment. No matter how great of a deal it was, treating people with care kindness, especially being in the healthcare field, under these circumstances, goes a lot further than taking a hard line on your policies.
