They are alright depending on who you have.. At times you feel important other times you feel rushed to be there. I didn't like how one time I booked a massage for a day after a facial and the time was there only to find out after I got there the lady was leaving and I couldn't get it done. Was not very happy.

I had my first deep tissue massage here by Retha. She did an amazing job! When I go back, I hope to schedule my appointment with her. The facility is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. All staff were personable and kind.

No customer service. No engaging smiles or conversations. As a new customer Trina made my experience feel like I was taking up her valuable time. Expected professionalism and a great cut...didn't get either.

I was supposed to have shampoo, cut, blow dry and style, the shampoo was great, the hair cut wasn't as great, l have fine hair, there was no mousse or hair spray, my hair was flat and flopping all around, my hair was blow dryed and no styling. Disappointed

My wife is very very picky about who touches her hair. She was very impressed with the services she got . And the prices were amazing. She said now the big test is when she goes back for high and low lights done. She's hoping to find her new spot.

Was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. First visit! Trina took very good care of me!! Not only did a get the service I requested, I got an education on how to care for my hair (wig). Thank you Trina! I also met the owner (I didn't get her name), but what a wonderful woman!

Best Brazillian experience you could ask for! Super understanding of life schedules and mother nature. If you are tired of the sand paper 8 hours after saving, girl, do it! The wax sucks! But it is so incredibly worth it!

I’ve been here for a facial & twice for chin waxing. Great experiences, everyone was so friendly & helpful talking me through the processes since I’d never had either done before. I’m going back for more services & repeating services. Great place.

I needed to find a new hairstylist and I am a bit picky because I have blonde hair and you can see every cut. Rubi recommended Donna and I so happy she did. Donna did an awesome job with my trim and I will only be going to her now.

Suzanne did a fantastic job on my Swedish massage. I had driven to the wrong spa and was late to my appointment, but she took me back right away so I could still get the most out of the time left. I would recommend Suzanne because she had firm pressure and was very thorough despite my massage being less than an hour. My one complaint is the outside noise. My massage was in the couples massage room, which shares a wall with the nail salon. Despite the nature sounds and soft, relaxing music, I could still hear voices from the next room and footsteps from someone walking on the floor above. I would definitely request a different massage room in the future.
