I enjoy the deep tissue and sport massages. I have been going for fine tuning my body for the last 8 years and I have a very good experience with Shiva, she is very detailed and professional. Clean rooms and restrooms too.

I have been going to the spa and having massage’s because of my Back injuries. Because of Shiva I have been doing better I had at least 30 to 40 massages so far and I am increasing the hours to two hours massage. Shiva is very knowledgeable and professional I really enjoying my time and results are great. I even recommend Shiva to my husband for deep tissue Massage too. I will recommend shiva to all my friends and family members.

Shiva is probably the worst masseuse out there. If you do go to Serenity Day Spa don’t go with Shiva. So bad.

Shiva is really great! I will definitely book a massage with her again. She is friendly knowledgeable and takes extra time to educate about stretches and self massage at home. Serenity day spa is professional, friendly and very clean.

Asked for an aroma facial, got an acne facial instead even though I said no 3 times. She continued to do it anyway, she laughed and shrugged it off, saying she can't just leave it. It was painful and left me bleeding and there was no aroma at all. A few days later I'm still red and swollen and bleeding. Now I dont have acne, I have scabs. Very displeased. Also got the package that included an aromatherapy massage. My masseuse did not seem like a certified professional as she just rubbed some oil on. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for services.

Booked a scalp massage and Swedish massage as part of a package. Ladies in the building seemed nice enough. The scalp massage was nice for the first 20-25 minutes but then she stopped adding oil and was essentially scratching at my head and pulling at my hair. Then the Swedish massage. Doesn’t seem like she was a certified masseuse, she was basically just rubbing oil on my skin. As someone who regularly gets massages and has a background in kinesiology I was extremely disappointed with this virtually useless and expensive experience. Save yourself the $165 plus tip and go somewhere else.

I opted for the Relax and Revive package. It was totally worth every penny. My masseuse was awesome, sadly I can't remember her name. She gave me the best massage I've ever had. The mani/pedi was great as well. Very limited color selection though. The facial was a great expense as well. The facility was clean and decorated appropriately. I highly recommend visiting this place.
