Rosemary did a great job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made a recommendation that was slightly different than the type of appointment I had made. I love the results and would definitely return to her for future appointments. I was also impressed overall with how walk-ins were handled by the staff throughout the time I was there.

Eric absolutely killed these nails!! I have never gotten styled acrylics before so I was nervous but he impressed me so much with his artistic skills! All hand painted!!! I will definitely be going back, specifically for Eric!

First time here today. Took Mother In law who’s from out of town for pedi. Hubby got one also with us. I got nails done too. Sophia is amazing. Everyone so sweet and nice. We laughed entire time. Sophia is my go to she is awesome. Experience was amazing. Love it!!

I absolutely love this salon!!!! Wish I had known about it years ago. Hubby and I will definitely be making this our regular go to. Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been amazing!! They take their time, speak English and listen to what you want, building is pleasantly suited and more than comfortable. Got a full set mani and never had any pain, they weren't too thick and lasted for almost a month!! The gel pedi lasted a month and a half! I have walked in twice now and was taken care of immediately. Tips can be added to credit card so cash isn't necessary. I'd give them 10 stars if they'd let me!! Highly, highly recommend!!

I always love coming here! Everyone is always kind and welcoming. You are offered a complimentary beverage when you get seated. It’s very clean, tidy, and fresh. I’ve come here for a few years and always have a wonderful experience!

Rosemary did a fantastic job on my pedicure and Gelx French set. She was very nice and friendly and the nail salon was very clean and inviting. The owner was sweet and offered us drinks and some candy for the new year.

got 1 acrylic full set and a mani pedi. They didn’t shape them at all, cut all nails at different lengths, spoke poorly about us, anf was also rude… just a horrible experience with a completely incorrect outcome. They didn’t even put effort into trying to fix the issue, so we will be going to a better salon to have everything just cut down and taken off. Easily the worst experience I’ve had, which is very unfortunate considering their work looks so amazing online.

First timer and I had Joseph. it was the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! I’ll definitely be a returning guest. It was clean. I booked my appointment online an hour before I went and they took me immediately. I brought my own but they had complimentary drinks (good ones). I also got my nails done - black gel, so nothing special but I really like them! He really was the best!

I no longer go here. After having a wonderful experience with them in the beginning, it started to go downhill to a complete stop. The manicure didnt hold up. My nails was very easy to pop off. Maybe what I said about the nail shop I went to before I went to them is the cause of something good to "never again". I was asked about the nationality of the person. There were two that was asked. I didn't know. I don't go around asking people where they came from. Either the service was good or bad.

Rosemary is just the best! So friendly and does the BEST job! The salon is under new ownership. I met them and they seemed lovely however I’m not happy they went up in pricing. It was already pricey but up $5 more. ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Rosemary absolutely is a 5 star!!

While I always enjoy coming to Serenity Nails, I have found the absolute best Nail Technician in Southern Chesapeake with Rosemary. She is polite, friendly, clean and always asks what I need & want for my nails and pedicure. She has always given me the best service and my nails are beautiful when I leave the shop. Even when I had to bring my little granddaughter with me for my nail appointment, Rosemary made all all the difference in making sure my granddaughter was comfortable and not scared with all the drills and files and was so attentive to my granddaughter making her smile and feel good, Rosemary was very patient during my visit to allow me to give attention to little Sofia when she needed it, which obviously caused stoppage in Rosemary’s work on my nails. I love Serenity Nails and am hopeful the new management will keep the traditions of cleanliness, inviting environment and music playing in the shop so the clients can have a great experience with the ambience as well as their services for nails, pedicures, eyebrow wax, etc. Thanks Rosemary for another wonderful nail service and visit with you at Serenity Nails & Spa. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️

I came in to get a fill in Eric did a fantastic job. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I was wondering though after I had already paid why was it $60 I thought when I made an appointment it said $40? I’ve paid $60 for a full set before but not a fill in that’s all I had was a fill?

I had an incredible first experience at Serenity Nail Salon! Eric was my nail technician, and he was absolutely amazing. He took his time, never rushed me or himself, and made sure every detail of my spooky yet professional nail design was perfect. The result was flawless! The salon itself is spotless, and the staff is extremely friendly. I really appreciated that Eric offered me a water during the appointment—it was a nice touch. I booked my appointment online late the night before, arrived about 30 minutes early, and they were kind enough to take me right away with no issues at all. I highly, highly recommend Serenity Nail Salon and will definitely be back. Thank you, Eric, for such a wonderful experience!

I have been coming to serenity for almost 3 years now and have always had such a great experience. Rosemary does my nails, she is so sweet and always down for whatever I have planned that day with my design. She makes great suggestions and I always appreciate her work.

Update: I don't go here anymore since a couple of my favs left. It's a whole different vibe now. :( Went here with a girl friend for pedis before our movie... Light ladies night. They made us feel so comfortable... the place is very nice and clean with cozy chairs for the manicures too! They serve water, tea, or sodas! I had a broken nail, and asked if they could help me, but almost changed my mind cuz i couldnt find the color to match. I found the closest thing i could, took it to her, she left for a sec with the exact match saying maybe we should try this. Haha. She knew... So when it was time for a fill, I went back with my 6 year old for a treat. She'd heard me talking to my hubs about it and so dubbed it the secret special nail place. First off, these were the best looking acrylics I've ever had and most importantly, they made my baby girl feel like a Princess!! She got a lil design on her lil nails and was so excited when she noticed it glowing as it dried. It's no surprise, they get a solid 5 stars from both of us!!!
