I go in today to get gel French tips with a bow charm. I walk in and first of all he doesn’t do a thing about my Cuticles he just drilled the current gel off and started doing my nails. We pay and then I get in the car and I notice he only filed 3 of my fingers to a square shape! (The others we round🤮🤮) then I few hours I am putting my box braids into a messy bun and the BOW CHARM POPS RIGHT ON OFF!!! what the eff do they mean $45 for the is shi?!?! NEVER!

I regret getting a gel manicure-pedicure done here for $90. The manicure lasted exactly 3 days before it started peeling on several nails. The quality of paint used was so pathetic that some people even asked me if it was regular nail paint. I never leave reviews anywhere but this was so disappointing that I have to. More than the artist, the quality of the nail paint used seems to be the main issue. Never looking at this salon again.

If a bad experience was an actual place, I had the worst experience. I work with environmental services and sanitation control all the time, and the things that I witnessed were nothing less than disgusting. The attitude of the woman running the front counter was as of I don’t speak English, but I do, but don’t talk to me, she had a very arrogant attitude. These are things you want to speak on, but sometimes it’s best to sit back and just observe. I don’t think Anyone has went to school and has any actual accreditation here. I don’t know how they are working the system But something isn’t right! My Experience was the worst ever yuck !

Charged $35 for a pedicure which is fine but the lady didn’t do my full pedicure like it said on the sheet I had to say something about it or she never would have done it. With tips and gel polish I was quoted $75 which is crazy but I ended up not getting gel and just got regular polish for $60 for everything. I came here on vacation I wasn’t so happy here.

I LOVE this nail spa! Quality is great, prices are so reasonable, especially compared to other places around. I always get great service and the waits are usually not too long. I feel like the nail techs take their time and I never feel like they’re rushing through the service. Can’t say enough good things!

I walked in and had a short wait. The place was busy. I had a pedicure and the girl did a great job. Took her time. Polish looks perfect! Will definitely be back.

My pedicure was fine. My nails look horrible. The polish on my acrylic nails is lumpy. He burned my skin with the drill. I will never come back.

Went here about 6 weeks ago for a Mani Pedi. All was well. The nail tech My, was personable and she did a great job. Went back today and had a different nail tech. She was on the phone for the first half of my pedicure. She wasn't listening to what I asked for and totally forgot the paraffin addition I requested for the pedicure. She did the manicure quickly and then I left. All I did was drive home and when I got in the house I noticed that the polish on my big toe had started to fade and it rubbed off so much that there was residue on the floor as I walked. Mind you it had been at least an hour since the pedicure was completed! Within 30 minutes the polish was pretty much gone from my toe! Not sure if the nail tech finished the process of the pedicure with a top coat or protectant but my polish should not fade like it did. Looks like I will be finding a new salon. You may want to think twice about going there as well unless you get My.

I enjoyed my service which was a mani/pedi. The pedicure turned out really nice and the service was good. She was gentle and didn’t rush through. One of my nails wasn’t the same as the other and had a slight imperfection so that’s the only reason I did 4 stars.

The very next day after getting my nails done one chipped, two days later two others chipped and they did not want to make it right I would not recommend them at all!!! This was after paying $100 for a dip job

I was struggling to find a nail tech I could rely on for designs but luckily I ran into Trina @ Serenity Nails. She’s been a blessing to my nails & I’m constantly getting compliments. My nails last a long time, and I work with my hands so that’s saying a lot. I always make my appointments ahead of time & never had an issue with waiting. She’s gained a lifelong client in me!

I've been going to Serenity for years and love it! Trinh always makes sure I'm taken care of and gives me whatever design I want. Her shaping is amazing and the reason I go back. I can always call and schedule an appointment and she'll find a time to squeeze me in even if it's same day. Pedicures there are literally my favorite. I've gone plenty of places for pedicures and they do the best in town! They don't rush and the additions you get are well worth it! I love Serenity!

Tech was extremely rude, the topcoat cracked 6 hours later, and was falling off by day 2. Not sure if they used the wrong topcoat (they insisted I get gel but I wanted regular polish). Not worth the time and money

Terrible! Came in for a basic pedicure and fill in for my acrylic overlay about an hour half before closing. My pedicure looks terrible, the polish color is dull and smudged. My hands were worked on during my pedicure and were not well done, I can still see my old acrylic under the new acrylic. I asked for black tips but usually a pink or skin tone color is put on under the black tips. My nail fell off the second day even though I came in with acrylic fully intact. Then I was charged 90 dollars!!! I was skeptical of how much I was charged for rushed basic services. I still regret not disputing it. I've never been so dissatisfied with a service ever. DO NOT GO EVEN FOR AN EMERGENCY SERVICE!!!!!

They used old nail tools that clearly were not cleaned. The tech didn’t even shape my nails, just cut the center to the absolute painful quick and then left the jagged, squared sides. I’ve seen 3 year olds give better manicures. They ruined my nails. Did a Russian style manicure on one hand and cut with dirty cuticle cutters on the other. Their dremel tool tip was used and had other peoples nail powder on it. I’m honestly just waiting for a nasty nail infection from them at this point. This place is terrible.
