Went to get my nails done for a special occasion, by the second day the clear polish was completely peeled and the color underneath was chipping away. It was extremely expensive for just a mani and pedi. Aside from the friendly nail tech there was no good service. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience and will now have to take the polish off for my event tomorrow.

Not Good. Not Good at All. I have been going here for the past two years to get my eyebrows waxed & today I had the absolute worst experience ever. The woman with glasses at the front was just simply rude, her whole demeanor was off, though I didn’t pay it any mind everyone has bad/ off days, But once I got into the room I simply asked her to just a do a middle strip ( unibrow strip) & she completely disregarded what I said and proceeded wax all around my eyebrows. I was very confused then but I allowed it to slide because of how long i’ve been going here, I then again asked her to not pluck & she laid me down & continued to pluck. As she did my brows she made me absolutely uncomfortable & unheard, not to mention the fact that my once full eyebrows are now thin & uneven. I truly felt I need to express how i felt , for any future girlies who want to a quick eyebrow wax. Do Not Go Here.

$80.00 for a pedicure on a kid and $85.00 on a refill! Woah that’s insane. Way over priced. They try to rip you off any chance they get. If I post a picture of the refill nails it would be $85 worth.The man there acted like I didn’t want to pay hawking them girls. I pay no problem but they surprised me with the numbers. Probably the most expensive place out here in Naples.

Both my mom and I have been frequent clients at Serenity for a while now. They have been a go-to for excellent nail services! The owners always greet us with a warm welcome, the facility and equipment are clean and sterilized, and we leave with wonderful nails every time. Also recently they did have a whole remodel of the spa and it looks GORGEOUS! If anyone is in the East Naples area, please come check out Serenity.

I will not go back there. My pedicure was nicely done, but I was also there for a full set and it ended up being uneven, bumpy and looks like it was done by a very junior tech. When I mentioned it was not straight, she said it looked perfect to her. Also, I didn't want a french set but she imposed it on me and of course, the price is a surprise at the register. So no, I will not go back.

If I can rate this place a 0 I would. It is not because of my nails ..I go to Seillin and she does a great job. I been going here for 6 months and I finally found my person who does my nails just the way I like. It’s a 0 because the old man in the front literally yelled at me because he said when I booked my appointment over the phone I did not tell him I needed 3 hours. Honestly, I told him how was I supposed to know it was going to take 3 hours. I got the signature pedicure and gel full set. I told him these were the services I was getting and he insisted next time I tell him I need 3 hours. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. I definitely was profiled because I was BLACK! I do not understand. I paid for my services of $155 plus a $15 dollar tip.I had no problem with paying just to be harassed and yelled at by an old man.I hope my tip goes to Seillin. I will not be coming here again because of how I was treated. I hope Seillin gets out of there so I can start going back to her again. I will not be coming back here ever again! Seillin deserves a star of 10. The salon a 0 because it was terrible customer service from the old man who RACIALLY profiled me! I don’t know whose father that is but he has no business being the face of this nail salon. Worse customer service I’ve ever received!

I’ve tried this nail salon 3 times, and each time, although they were friendly, and my nails look good when I left, they proceeded to break within a week. I use powder dip, which any with any other salon, would last me three weeks. I went back to get 6 out of 10 nails fixed which they did at no charge. But they all started coming off again in a week. They also try to upswell the pedicures, asking do you want regular at $50 when the basic is $33 they don’t tell you that so you have to know that when you go in. I will not be going back to serenity nails.

This used to be my go to spot. I recently had a gel manicure done by Liset. It was horrible. Lumpy, uneven, misshaped nails. A waste of $48. I will never return to this salon.

Very nice place, Seillin is the best. I have been getting manicures for decades and she is on my top 3 list 🙌 Highly recommend.

everyone was super nice although I asked for a fill they refused and gave me a full set.. whatever I got a simple french set. i then got my toes painted also french for a grand total of $183!!!! just for the paint to chip off not even a week later on 3 of my nails... they also don't take apple pay or AmEx, very inconvenient

Dusty with nail dust and seems dirty. Junk every where. Old Christmas decorations still up. Nice people and good service but it looks like a junk room.

I didn’t really care for this place I asked for a pedicure and they didn’t explain this part to the different small pedicures and I ended up paying $100 for both Nails and pedicure and I just want basic oh I didn’t really care for the place. The lady that did my pedicure was rude she just had an attitude and it’s like she did it so fast I didn’t even have the chance to relax and that’s the point of a pedicure and take some time to relax

I made an appointment for a pedicure. I had to wait 20 minutes. Finally got waited on and the technician kept leaving to help other customers and answer the phone. It was very annoying. I Just wanted to get out of there. The pedicure was so so.
