Came in at 12:30 for a basic pedicure and didn’t leave until 3:15. This was one of the worst experiences ever especially on a time crunch. I’ve came here several times and there’s always an issue. Hanna and her husband are nice but the quality has declined. If you do decide to try them out please ask for Hannah. Amy was kind but her skills were not satisfactory of this establishment.

My wife and 6 year old showed up at 5:15 this afternoon for simple Pedi/Mani. This was my daughter's first time having this done and you made them sit there and then they were told you didnt have enough time when you close at 7pm? When my wife offered to JUST have my daughter have hers done, you still declined. Is this how you treat customers? Inexcusable behavior when there's 40 other places to go. UPDATE: On top of the rude service, my wife now has fungus on her nails from this place. Picture provided

Nina and Hannah do an absolutely outstanding job with dipping powder manicures. They look fantastic and last a full four weeks without chipping, cracking or peeling off. Unfortunately, the scheduling process has been an ongoing disappointment for me. At least 4 to 5 times now I have shown up for an appointment that I have made to be told that it was the wrong day or wrong time. I’m willing to admit that I have made mistakes on my calendar before, but I am quite certain that nearly all of these mistakes were not my fault yet when I showed up, I was made to feel as though it was my error. I Will not be returning simply for customer service reasons.

The nicest and cleanest nail salon, everyone here is nice and welcoming and I’ve been coming here since they built this plaza! Even after moving further away, I trust that I can come back to this salon and receive the same exceptional service every time I come.

There are many things I love about this place! Hannah does beautiful dip nails and Linda does a fantastic pedicure! It’s nice and relaxing and super close to home.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have been to many nail salons as I have moved around. Serenity nails is by far the BEST experience I've had. Linda and Nina are the sweetest. Everyone at this salon are such talented professionals and do great work. I am so glad I have relocated back to this area and will only ever use Serenity Nails for my manis/pedis.

Linda is AMAZING! Best foot massage in Sarasota and they do an amazing job. I am from NJ and couldn’t find a local nail place that does a great foot massage too- you won’t be disappointed!

I have been all over trying to find the perfect place to get mine and my daughters nails done. I have been to this place once before and didn't like the job they did but now that there are all new people and new decore and it's so close to my house I decided to give it another try... I was very impressed with Vanny. Made an appointment and decided to give this place close to my home a try for a pink and white acrylic manicure and was pleasantly surprised. I’m used to driving to Orlando for years and wanted a manicure post covid and will definitely be returning. Love his work and the friendly service he gave. Thank you 😊
