Julianna did my first Brazillian blowout at my first ever appointment at Serenity. She did a great job and I was very satisfied with the end result. The whole appointment took over 3.5 hours but this is because as I’ve been told all my life that my hair is 4x the thickness of the average person…The fumes from the product do get to you but I didn’t have a big issue (dispute having sensitive eyes normally) because they had the purifier directly on me as well as gave me a fan (magazine) and glasses. Julianna sold me shampoo and conditioner that would help optimize the results, but was zero pressure salesy…just informative. She was so friendly and easy to talk to and comfortable with not talking as well. Some folks will really appreciate that. 😊 She was very accommodating and worked with my options if I needed to leave earlier to pick up my kid. Great facility and friendly staff all around. Most comfortable hair washing station I’ve ever sat at. Great job gals!

I had one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Elizabeth Denham! I felt comfortable with her right away and she’s was very thorough and detailed with what she did. She did an amazing job and I can’t wait until I go back for my next service with her!

Katelyn took AMAZING care of me today! I called on a whim and got a same day appointment for my non conventional hair color. She cut it just the right length and got the color spot on with my inspirational pictures, also, top notch on the shampoo and scalp massage! I will definitely be back!

I came in as a new client. The salon came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. My stylist was Amanda and she was just so friendly and knowledgeable. She worked magic and I am in love my hair color! Have my next appointment already scheduled!

Went here today with my mom and my sister for a spa day as a late mother's day present. We got massages, facials, hair cuts, and nails done. It was very relaxing time. The staff was polite, had great communication, and were very accommodating to us. We will most definitely return.

Went to get a trim hair cut no wash, no blow dry, 16 minutes later they changed me 52 dollars. WOW will never step foot in there again.

I booked a last minute hair color today for both me & my mom. We got in same day and were serviced by Elizabeth D. Both of our colors were sort of tricky being my hair doesn’t blonde very easily, and my mom wanted a natural faded grey look. Elizabeth took us both head on and asked questions to other hairdressers when needed for tips/tricks and advice. I really really admired that about her, being she could have just kept to herself and not asked for help and then mess up our colors. We were both very happy with our hair. Although- I highly don’t recommend booking a highlight at 8 1/2 months pregnant! Lol Elizabeth did a wonderful job for the both of us. Very friendly, and tried her best to get our hair like the sample photos shown to her. Again- I really like the fact she asked for help. You don’t see that all the time. I’ve had people before try to just fumble their way through rather than ask someone else for questions and advice.

Had a birthday appointment scheduled more than a week in advance for tomorrow at 10am. Reservation was made over the phone speaking directly with them. They just called to say the massage therapist couldn't do it due to a schedule conflict. Don't double book and don't call the person that pre-paid, who's money you have already taken and want them to be accommodating. You're the business. You be accommodating. Go to Woodhouse!! better customer service and they will stick to their appointments. And, don't do business with an organization that blatantly lies to the public or potential customers. Their reply is a complete lie. They did not want to reschedule an hour later. They wanted to schedule the next weekend or out further. If they called and couldn't get ahold of me, how did I know they wanted to reschedule? That, also, is a lie, as was cancelling the appointment due to no response. I was on the phone with them and said moving it a week or more out defeated the purpose. The point remains, they cancelled my PREPAID appointment because of double booking. That's on them. Don't cancel a pre-paid when you have their money. Don't cancel due to double booking when you've had the schedule for well over a week. Unless that excuse was a lie by them too.

I looked for another hair salon after hearing my other hairdresser was out due to surgery. I ended up coming to Serenity to get my hair recolored and trimmed. I was really pleased with the service and communication with the people there. Definitely will come back soon.

Laura is amazing!! The salon is very professional. The receptionist greeted me and brought me coffee. The entire salon was very clean and Covid friendly. Great experience!! My hair is gorgeous!

Sooo.... I don't normally leave reviews but I am making an exception for Serenity. I was in dire need of a hair cut and color and I found Serenity online. I've shopped at many salons to find the perfect fit, and most have fallen short. It's very nerve racking, at least for me, going in blind to a salon and trusting someone with your hair. But nonetheless, I did. I called on such late notice with a low expectation of getting in or even someone answering the phone. Both happened. Still a bit nervous I gladly accepted this opportunity! My experience couldn't have been more perfect. Call it fate, call it happenstance, call it whatever you want but I truly believe this was a Devine appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting with KELLY. She instantly made me feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Kelly is confident and humble, she is beautiful (inside and out), and she is a true ARTIST! I walked in with a baseball cap and fear of the unknown, BUT I left with my shoulders held high and I felt pretty again!!! She created exactly what I wanted and then some! I highly recommend this salon, especially if you are shopping around just like I was. You can count on Serenity to be your place. Thank you Kelly!!! It was an absolute honor to sit in your chair. Can't wait to see you in 6 weeks ❤ The only thing I regret is not having a picture to show you all!!!! Maybe next time

This is definitely the best hair salon I have been to since the brick house Salon has closed down. The salon is very beautiful and all of the staff were very sweet and kind. Kelly was my hair stylist and she was amazing! She did exactly what I asked her to do and my hair looks amazing again. I will definitely be recommending Serenity Salon to everyone I know and I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut with Kelly! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This place smells like a full diaper. Massage services are questionable. What is a "full service" massage?? Therapist tried to rub my down stairs bits.
