Went to Serenity Salon today for the first time and Lauren did an amazing job on both my cut and color! Very pleased and will definitely be back. The Salon was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great!

A million billion upvotes!!!!! Lauren is a master of her craft and so very personable. She got my quite bashful child chatting away. It was beautiful. Her hair looked amazing, too! Equally important but far more common than being able to pull a vexed 13yo out of her shell 🤣

Friendly over the phone when booking an appointment. The staff and stylists are all friendly and helpful. The salon is clean and neat.

I feel a bit awkward being trans since the person who does my hair seems uncomfortable about me changing my name when I started to do my own appointments for haircuts :/ Update: after a while it's gotten a bit nicer. no longer being charged for 'female haircuts' and the discomfort and oddities have seemingly gone away so it feels much less uncomfortable. Just takes time probably :)

I go to Gretchen for my haircuts at Serenity Salon. She always does a great job. She uses high quality products. She listens to all my crazy life stories. The salon has a nice relaxed vibe. Gretchen is very professional and always leaves my hair looking great. Go see Gretchen at Serenity Salon.

I’ve been going here for quite awhile. Great results every time. Christie Everet, the owner, is who I see for cuts, color and blow dry. She listens to what I want to achieve with my fine hair and I’m always happy when I leave. Highly recommend. Prices are great. I’ve been to more expensive salons and have not had much luck.

I drove past this salon for years. When things staryed getting better from the Pandemic I was searching for a new hair stylist. I walked in and fell in love with Kristy the owner and she's fantastic! Clean and friendly salon.Very reasonable on prices. I highly recommend!

DON’T COME HERE. If you do, Casey L. is a hair stylist to avoid. Unfriendly atmosphere is the best way to describe my mothers experience at this TERRIBLE Salon. If I could rate this zero stars... I would. Don’t waste your time and money at a place that literally schedules a client and promises them a service, but isn’t afraid to send you away and tell you they “don’t care if you don’t come back.” This left my mother devastated, because she hasn’t done anything to pamper herself in years. You’d think my mother was rude to the hair lady right? Wrong. She decided my mother wasn’t a valuable client and sent her on her way leaving my mother in tears.

Went here for the first time today to have a cut by Jennifer and I had an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly, the place is following strict COVID guidelines, and my cut was impeccable. I haven’t had a cut this good since I moved to Indy 3 years ago. I am so happy to say that I have found my new salon home. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me and my hair!!

The staff here really care about your hair and how you feel about it!! They will work with you to find a cut and style that you want and that works best with you, your face shape and length! Well worth the funds!!

Went in to get a haircut. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. Came out with a cut that looks nothing like the picture. And it cost me $48.00. Lesson learned.
