Rachel loves what she does and it shows. I've followed her for years because her work is consistent and quality. I can trust her to do exactly what I ask and answer all the questions I have with knowledge and experience. If you are looking for someone who is great at cut and color, look no further. I book 4 months out with her, if that gives you an inkling of my faith in her work.

I tried to schedule appointments with this girl, but she wouldn't answer her phone. I finally scheduled an appointment through text messaging. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule a few times due to having Covid, almost choking to death and having another illness. This set me back financially, so I had to reschedule my appointment so I could go back to work and make some money. Apparently, that made her mad. She would not return my messages or calls. I find her very unprofessional! I looked at the photos of people who had their hair cut with her and I don't see any pictures of layered hair, which she claimed she could do. She told me she would have to cut it dry to see how it layered. I have never in my life had my hair cut dry! No one else I've ever used had any problems with layering my hair while wet. All of her photos are just basic hair cuts; taking some length off and cutting bangs; I'm not impressed!!

Rachel is a delight to work with! She's been my go-to for haircuts for over a year, and I hired her as the wedding hair and make-up stylist for myself and my bridal party. She always does an amazing job. I appreciated her communication and planning ahead of the wedding.

Rachel is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for about 3 years and she never disappoints. Her specialty is color, so if you’ve been thinking about doing something different, she’s the girl to make it happen! She dyed my hair (my very first time dying it) and did AMAZING, even 4 weeks later it has still held its color!

Rachel the owner had my daughter so stressed out the weekend of her wedding it's not funny. My daughter started talking with the owner about a month and a half before the wedding. They talked and text both about what was needed for my daughter to buy for the hairstyle when the wedding was and she even told my daughter she was invested in doing this for her and could not wait.... Then the week for the wedding my daughter could not get a hold of her.... She called, she left messages, she text... I also called and left messages... We were being ghosted!!! My daughter was stressed out and panicked to the max. I started calling any and every hair place near my daughters place. I live out of state so I could not just go in person. Most every place I called was closed on the day of the wedding! Other places were booked and had no time close to when she needed. We finally found Bangs and Blush to do my daughters hair and they were so wonderful! They stepped up and really saved the day! Oh the night before the wedding Rachel the owner from this place finally called my daughter back! She told her " oh my phone doesn't get calls!" What does that even mean?? Her phone got all the other calls and text up untill then! She told my daughter she would still do her hair, but my daughter told her no thank you she already had someone else! I mean would you trust her after all of that with one of the most important days of your life?? NO!

Rachel is absolutely incredible! Her work is always stunning and she is so professional but also very friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The photos below let her work speak for themselves. I 1000/10 recommend Rachel!

I can’t say enough about this young, beautiful and very talented and experienced stylist/owner. She listens to your concerns and does exactly what you ask her to do. I can sit in the chair relaxed knowing she will do her magic and make my hair beautiful. I would recommend Serenity Salon to anyone owner is amazing and will make your hair look and feel amazing! I have not let anyone else cut my hair since I first went to Rachel. She is so talented and actually listens to what you want. I don't usually get a very typical haircut, and she knocks it out of the park every time! Plus, she cuts my hyperactive 6 year old daughter's hair as well and always does a great job and gets an even cut on a kid who will not sit still. Rachel's skill is unmatched and nobody else will ever touch my hair.

Rachel is absolutely amazing and wonderful at what she does with hair! Whenever I mess my hair up which is often😅, she is always there to fix it and makes it 10000 times better than what it was. She always listens to what the client wants and makes you feel so comfortable while with her. She is fantastic about scheduling and always figures out the best time for you!
