Nikki is so amazing! She has so much knowledge and most importantly you can tell she loves her job. I love how she takes her time and explains everything and makes sure you understand. She really enjoys taking care of her clients and makes sure you are satisfied with your results. I suffer from adult acne and with the help of Nikki I have been able to keep my skin clear. This was by far, THE BEST esthetician service I have ever received in my entire life! (And being that I'm close to 50, that says everything) Nikki's compassion, her dedication to detail, and kindness all are superb, but it is her KNOWLEDGE that stands above the rest. For the first time since relocating here, I finally received FACTUAL information about a skin condition I've been dealing with for the last few years. She really cares about what she does, and it is quite evident the moment you walk in the door. She is the REAL deal and I plan on visiting her at least 4 times a year. Go there! Nikki is so skilled and knowledgeable about skin care. Nikki gives me a facial, a dermaplane procedure every week and recently started providing jet plasma procedures. My facial skin and neck never looked so good. Sun damage has been lessened and my skin is incredibly smooth. Even a surgical scar has smoothed out and become less noticeable. Nikki is a great esthetician and overall wonderful person who is able to create a calm and restful environment.

I decided a few months ago to seek out an esthetician when I had consistent breakouts I could not manage. I found Serenity Skin online and saw the amazing reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! Nikki is fantastic at her profession, she is client focused, knowledgeable and educated me on all products and how to better care for my skin. Nikki's presence is calm and serene and that contributes to the relaxing environment she creates during the session. I would recommend her to everyone!

Had a very good experience! Nikki is very warm, welcoming and kind. She’s also very knowledgeable and catered the treatment for what my skin needed. I felt seen and heard and not rushed in any way. Plus I learned some new things and feel like my skin is going to improve greatly. Just one treatment and I feel renewed. The room was cozy and relaxing as well which is a plus for me. Will see her again!

Bottom line up front: I will never book anyone besides Nikki for my facials / skincare while I’m stationed in Las Vegas. She is extraordinarily good at her job, and the epitome of what any aesthetician should be: empathetic, client oriented, professional, and competent. I have had multiple fantastic facial experiences with her, which are always soothing and oftentimes the only part of the month where my mind is able to be completely blank and relaxed. I trusted her with my skin in the months leading up to my wedding and she delivered: she made my skin glow. She provided me with insight into my skin in how to minimize congestion and recommended products that helped transform my skin. She accommodated my hectic schedule… which is an enormous challenge in itself… with nothing but patience and understanding. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation than Nikki!

Nikki is great! She’s is very knowledgeable about skin and making sure she knows what’s best for your skin type. I truly appreciate the great service I receive every time I get a facial from Nikki. My skin use to be so congested & full of whiteheads and blackheads and now, that has not happened since I started going to niki for my facials . I always leave relaxed with my skin glowing , I love the products she uses and now I have them at home. I have seen such an improvement on my skin. I LOVED my relaxing facial today with Nikki! I have seen multiple estheticians and have had many facials done and NONE of them could ever top this! I felt very relaxed as the bed was heated and massaging, and it was truly serene. Nikki is such a beautiful person, super personable, and very knowledgeable about skincare. This was one of the best facials I’ve ever had! The pre-conversation prior to my facial was so informative! Nikki was very personable and very attentive to my face! I learned a lot about my skin before and after my facial. As for the facial it was a true Serenity!! I know I snored a little 😊, being calm and relax can do that to you.

I just experienced my first facial with Nikki and it was absolutely amazing. From the initial greeting with a warm friendly smile to the thorough consult, explanation of services being performed, down the facial experience everything was great. Nikki is very professional and knowledgeable. I received the dermaplanning facial and it was the best experience I can recall having received with this service. My skin is baby smooth! The service ended with a nice goodie bag filled with samples, a head wrap, shower spray and tea. Hands down a wonderful experience.
