Loren was amazing!! I felt so relaxed and comfortable... I didn't want the massage to end! Lol Loren was so attentive and gentle since it was a prenatal massage. I will definitely be coming back!!

Robert did two massages for me and was amazing! He is responsive and strong but very knowledgable as well. Robert found the knots in my neck and pinpointed them, working on them along with my lower back and tight hips. Both times were amazing.

Robert a massage therapist was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before and let me tell you I feel incredible right now. I work on my feet all day lifting heavy things and bending over etc, so there were a lot of knocks and tightness in my back and shoulders even my legs and hips were bothering me. Well now nothing is bothering me and I feel great. The whole time he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend him to anyone and I will def be back! Thank you so much! Also had a wonderful facial by the esthetician. She was very gentle and asked me many questions about my skin as not to irritate it being I have sensitive skin. It was extremely relaxing and I almost fell asleep during the facial. I walked out of the room with my skin looking and feeling great. I would also recommend her to anyone and will also be back for another facial. Everyone that works there was very friendly and kind. The woman at the front desk was lovely. She’s very nice and I loved speaking with her. Thank you Serenity Source Health for my first amazing experience getting a massage and facial!

I didnt like cancellation or rescheduling policy. I wanted to reschedule due to urgent obgyn appointment that I didnt foresee. But unfortunately I was still charged for the service without getting the service. The representative asked to transfer to someone else if I couldn't make it. Which doesn't make sense. I needed the prenatal massage because my obgyn suggested for aggressive backpain. But all I know I wouldn't want to go back to Serenity and look for a separate option even though this was closest to my location and 7 months pregnant woman doesn't like to travel far.

I was very happy with my facial at Serenity Massage. Atmosphere very serene and relaxing. Brittany very personable professional and did an excellent job. Had the dermabrassing facial. My skin feels amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Definitely should treat yourself to facial as Serenity

I am extremely pleased with their work. Diane is friendly and welcoming. Gloria and Sara make me feel at home. I have a chronic back and neck issue so I tried every massage therapist. Now I’m confused because they are ALL fantastic. Everyone does their job well. I also get trigger point shots. Jen is an expert. No matter what service I receive I always leave happy!

Everyone was lovely from the moment I stepped into the door, until the moment I left. Loren was great, we discussed my problem areas that I thought I had, and at the end she went over the ones she found during the massage. I will definitely be making another appointment.

I had a great massage from Marilyn. She worked all of the areas that I was feeling pain and discomfort at, and she did some much needed stretching to my shoulders. 10/10 would recommend!

I purchased a Groupon for a facial, and both times a received a call 3 days before letting me know they had to cancel, the technician was not available. I called to reschedule and they said she would call back. She did not. I called again and I let the receptionist know, we tried 1 more time, never called. They said I should cancel through Groupon,. Tried 2 x’s to get a refund and have not received a service or refund.

We have not had a bad massage yet. At first I wanted to stay with only Marilyn, but then was with Rebecca, and Loren. Plan to see Diane also. It’s hard to find a consistently good massage therapist, but no issues so far with Serenity!
