Just had a Facial and Massage today and it was amazing. I am a Local and used to go here back when it was the Hilton. I got a deal thru Groupon for both and I must say I was impressed. The young Lady who did my Facial (Shawn) was incredible. She was very attentive and my skin felt great afterwards. My Massage Therapist was Yelena and she was great as well. Her pressure during the massage was perfect and it did not feel rushed at all. Im going back in a few weeks because the experience along with all the amenities (sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold tub, shower , relaxation room, lockers, gym was totally worth it. Thank you guys for everything

Kem was professional when checking in, Jelly displayed excellent customer service. Giselle was 5 stars! She gave the best head to toe massage I’ve ever had. Money well spent!

I got a pedicure today and I was very happy with the service and my toes! They did a great job. My nails were over short already, but she was able to shape them and make them look really nice for my work week here in Vegas. Everyone was very professional. I love that I could hang by the pool and walk over to the spa for my appointment.

Jessica was nice but $200 for the worst nail set I’ve ever had in my life is beyond disappointing. After a long week at champs convention I just wanted a little pampering for myself before leaving the next day on a 6am flight. Instead I paid $300 for the worst nails and a cheap pedicure. I will be exp a call from management or I will be disputing the charge.

I had a massage today at the Westgate. Serenity spa, my masseuse‘s name was Sofia and she was amazing and so talented. The best massage I’ve ever had!! She was so kind. I’m heavy chested and probably had over 60 massages my life and Sofia was the first person to ever suggest to put a towel by my stomach and hip area and it made all the difference in the world and that made me so comfortable. She asked me what my problem areas were. I told her she focused on that part of my body. Her hands are outstanding!!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The only thing I wish I did was book at 80 minutes instead of a 50 minute massage. The facility was so nice. Clean showers, locker room, spa, lounge, area, and bathroom. I went in the dry sauna then I did the hot tubs by the time I was done it was time for my massage. Right after the massage I got a facial and it was wonderful. Chantelle did an amazing job with my facial she even did extractions which are very rare! This literally was a five star experience. I went with my mom and my mom’s best friend and we all feel the same way! I truly can’t wait to go back! Next time I think I will book my appointment in the afternoon. So I can use the pool first then use the amenities at the spa then do a massage then facial again. I swear everything was so perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my day!!!

My updo stylist was absolutely wonderful. Joe did exactly what I wanted and I was Even able to make the style work a couple of days after the initial styling was done.

Do not give them your credit card information. I booked a couple massage and unfortunately had to cancel. I have the cancelation confirmation a month prior but was still charged. Tried to speak with someone who told me thier manager would get back to me and never did. Terrible customer service!!! Use any other spa in Vegas!!!

Disappointed. My shower did not work during my stay, even after multiple calls that they were coming to fix it, they never did. They did not even offer an alternative where I could get access to shower.

Disappointing. Paid over $300 for a 30 minute massage which was supposed to be 50 min. (my appointment was at 10, and I walked in at 9:58. Took them so long to check me in, that by the time I got on the massage table it was 10:25. And they stopped right at 10:55, I was the only one in the whole spa BTW) And by "spa" it's two small hot tubs with a sauna. That's it, lady kept saying the word "amenities" I asked her what other amenities there were and she said showers... I had planned on staying until 5pm, I ended up leaving at 12. Much better things to do in Vegas, don't go here.

Go somewhere else. Supposed to be 50 min massage, was only 40 minutes (there was like 2 people in the entire spa so it’s not like anyone was waiting for a massage. masseuse was VERY rough, I had to tell her less pressure a couple times and her hands were ICE cold the entire time-as well as it felt like air was blasting in the room, so it was not relaxing in any sense of the word. The hot tubs are very nice and like I said, nobody else was in the spa so that was relaxing. I tried to shower off and it was ice cold it never warmed up after letting run for several minutes so I went to the other shower and same thing. I rinsed my suit and showered at my hotel room instead-thankful I didn’t get the hair scrub like I was contemplating. I would highly suggest another massage/spa location. Aria has a wonderful spa-it’s more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Go somewhere else. The only thing I liked about this place was the hot tub and dry sauna. My husband and I got a couples massage, 50 minutes for $420 that included gratuity. My masseuse was very heavy handed. Felt more like a shiatsu massage with painful pressure point work, not relaxing broad strokes. I like a strong massage that’s deep tissue, but this was just painful. The next day I felt bruised all over. And her hands were absolutely ice cold as well as the table and room. Very chilly. Usually when we get massages, there is peaceful, relaxing music playing. Asian flutes, Indian sitar, or Nature Sounds. They had 80s, 90s and 2000 hits playing and it was impossible to relax the mind. Don’t get me wrong, I love music, but I don’t want to listen to A-ha’s “Take on me” while getting my body poked to death with cold boney fingers. The HVAC system was also very loud and rattled the entire length of massage that I am absolutely positive was NOT 50 minutes. The showers were VERY cold, so if you go here, enjoy the hot tub and sauna, but go back to your room to shower. Do not recommend :/

I just got back to my room after an 80 minute treatment with Jennifer and it was easily the best massage experience of my life. She was extremely friendly and created a safe space to feel the most comfortable. It was a perfect break from the excitement of Vegas!

I wouldn't call this Spa "Serenity", they have a "relaxation" water area before or after you get a massage. But employees literally walk through slamming doors and laughing the whole time. The jacuzzis didn't seem like they had been scrubbed in a while either. The massage was great but I would highly suggest you spend your money other places.

I’ve tried many spas on the Strip, and the Serenity Spa hit all the right notes. It provided a relaxing oasis with a perfect temperature hot spa and a nice changing room and relaxation room. It’s not pretentious or over the top fancy, but it’s tasteful, tranquil, and super clean. I had a good massage and was able to use the Westgate pool area for the whole day. Staff was very nice.

Relaxation level achieved. The staff here are amazing and so friendly, Schuyler is very sweet and helpful in the reception area and on the phone, Sofia is an excellent massage therapist; one of the best and most attentive massages I've had, she had an intuition and knowledge to to know exactly which spots I needed worked on the most. The jacuzzi's, steam and sauna rooms are very nice and clean and well cared for. It's definitely a wonderful experience and stress free environment.

Stay away! Not spa like at all. The manager Brandy chose to ignore my repeated calls in order to discuss my experience. This was unkind, irresponsible and very unprofessional for the spa voted the best in Las Vegas??? I was the first appointment that day with no other customers about. I requested water to drink after my first service and I was told there was none, as their "shipment" had not been delivered. I thus had to source my own water and was late to my massage.The massage was awful. The room was cold. I had to ask the technician, who could not understand much English not to be so rough. It was very chaotic. She twisted my neck so bad it is still very sore 5 days later. I was the first appointment that day with no other customers about. I then tried the sauna , however, there was trash, including used Kleenex strewn about the floor. Obviously the common areas had not been cleaned after the previous days activities. YUCK ! The website indicated that extra sanitation and hygiene effort were in place. That must be a joke. The Clark County Health Department would have been appalled at these unsanitary conditions. I was forced to take a COLD shower after my services were completed as there was no hot water. Again, my biggest disappointment came when I was completely blown off by the Manager Brandy after calling several times requesting the manager call me back to review my experience. Very sad indeed for this establishment that they would allow a manager to do this. Obviously this attitude permeates the rest of the staff.

This is the worst massage experience I've ever had and I've probably had 50 or so professional massages. The masseuse was very rough and inconsistent. I think she was possibly texting while doing part of my back because she spent about 5 minutes gently stroking her thumb on the side of my ribcage and her other hand was MIA. She ran her hands up and down my left arm (in a very odd manor) but picked up my right arm and dangled it off the side and never touched it further. I was supposed to have an 80 minutes, but I was done in 80 minutes with 10 minutes in the sauna and a shower afterward. Also the shower water did not stay hot. It would get warm then go cold and kept cycling that way. I added the hair and scalp treatment (read description on site), this was done at the end of my massage and was very rough. She jerked my head from side to side to apply, snatched out hair while working it through, then spread the extra oil on my face. Who wants oil on their face? Then she put it up in a bun and told me to sit in the sauna... this was not applied at the beginning to soak in through the duration of my service and was not wrapped in a warm towel. There was also no warm towels applied to my legs/feet with the foot scrub add-on. To add insult to injury, they had an automatic 20% gratuity that left this lady with a $71 tip!! I told the receptionist all this and more and she was semi-compassionate and apologized then asked if I'd like to add to my gratuity and ran my VISA with lightening speed. Find a different spa!

Unfortunately they had staffing issues which caused our appointment time to change....which resulted in a domino effect of things going wrong...only half of our party was able to receive massages....in my opinion management was not very proactive in trying to come up with a solution or a compromise.....

We were super excited for our spa day at serenity, we booked with them weeks in advance to celebrate my sisters birthday. At the time of booking they were told it was for a special occasion and i spoke with several staff members in the process of booking to let them know I was pregnant and all members of the staff told me that it wouldn’t be a problem and they could happily accommodate me for all the services while pregnant. We planned out whole day around our spa services and we’re so excited. Only for them to call less than 3 hours before our appointments to tell me they could no longer accommodate me for my massage. The manager told me several times that me being pregnant was too much if a “liability” for the spa. Then did not offer any alternative spa treatments. Or discounts on my facial or offer any type of compensation besides a super delayed refund.

The customer service here is great. The setting is calm and serene. Walking in sets the scene with a hair and nails salon on one side and a gym on the other. You can exercise when you walk in then get spa treatment and before you leave, you can get your hair and nails done! All in one place.

This place was nice and quiet great staff it's was just really pricey it was $420 for a couples massage and an added coconut scalp treatment if you have that kind of cash go for it they had an amazing jacuzzi tub in the spa as well as steam rooms full shower facilities and they provide body wash shampoo & conditioner

Highly recommend this spa!!! They are so amazing this was my first time at a full spa and I was blown away by the service and the amenities! Got a 50 minute custom massage from Jennifer and she is definitely Best massage therapist I have experienced so far! Will definitely be back!

I booked my gel manicure on their website. Leta greeted me upon arrival. She is very friendly and informative. She suggested services that best met my needs. My nails look super cute, and she gave a wonderful hand/arm massage. Their sugar scrub is fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.

Intimate and peaceful. Kaylee helped me with a sciatica issue...highly recommend her! Walk in showers, sauna, relaxing jacuzzi, plenty of toiletries. Located with fitness center and hair salon on the 3rd floor next to the pool in the north tower. Great experience. I will be back.
