The manager , and some of the staff were overall unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. But there was one person ( Miss Lin) who made the difference. Thank you Lin for making my Birthday so special. Will definitely book in near future.

Had a Couples Message with Takeisha & Lissette at Serenity Spa by Westgate. We were pleasantly impressed by both of them! Very professional and attentive! They both knew which problem areas on our bodies to concentrate on! We also got the Back Scrub Service as well! I highly recommend that service too! We would definitely recommend both ladies! Serenity Spa was reasonably priced for what we received! Thank You!

5 stars! Highly recommend. I got a back massage by Takisha it was amazing. I left so relaxed and refreshed. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff were all so friendly and really nice and clean facilities! Definitely will be back

I had an amazing time here. Takisha my massage therapist knew the right pressure during my service. I have bad back pain, she was not intense and gave me a massage leaving me impressed. I also had an express facial, I loved that the bed was warm. overall very good experience and service.

Had a 1 hour Swedish massage following next with a 55 minute facial. Felt total relaxation and pampered. Loved it!

It's very good for the price but it doesn't say that it doesn't include the park that appears in the video. You have to pay $25 per person. I really don't know if there is a different price that includes it. I arrived thinking that the price I had included it.

Debbie Spa Supervisor was very unfriendly. Very brash and short with me, couldn't even smile! I made a mistake booking my appointment and she wouldn't even allow me to move my deposit fee to the day I needed. Sharon, spa supervisor was very friendly! Polite and she actually smiled at us so that was nice.

This was a delayed birthday gift to myself. I purposely waited to be on vacation to enjoy the full experience in an already relaxed atmosphere. I opted for the high end hydro facial based on the information given at the front desk that it would include a lymphatic massage. I also shared my areas of concern: eye and chin area. Although I thought the technician was lovely, the lymphatic massage was lacking. I thought the massage was coming after the facial but then she said she was finished. I do my own lymphatic massages and this was only one notch higher than what I do. I also asked her about my eye area, she said they no longer do that. I mentioned to her that I specifically mentioned this to the front desk as the area that needed attention. Instead of being compensated for what they did not provide, she left a product at the front desk for me to purchase for $60. When I addressed it with the front desk they just said they were sorry. This was towards the end of my vacation but once I got home and processed it, I am looking for some justification not merely "I'm sorry". I see your social media responds more to positive reviews than the constructive criticism ones. But keep in mind, people read both. For $315 (included the 20% tip) I expected to have the issues I expressed addressed or the very least tell me prior to the service so I can make my own decision as to whether to move forward or not. I got the special which is a great deal BUT have a few issues. The room taken too to get my massage the floor is carpeted and the entire thing was soaken wet. Even with my sandals i was able to bounce on it. I mentioned it and they had no idea. SAD!! The sheets all smelled like cooking oil grease. IT WAS GROSS!!! I couldn't tell I was at a spa other than the decoration and area i was in. I couldn't relax at all. I won't be doing it again. Was given wine without asking PLUS! That's all.

I had a massage and my back hurt… I could barely turn over mid way through massage. At the end I told the massage therapist I was in pain. She gave me some stretches to do. It was so bad I reported it to the manager. She wasn’t even able to tell me if I should apply heat or cold. Sent a security officer to take my statement who supposedly was trained in 1st aid. He couldn’t help either. Won’t go back there. Not because the massage was too much (I was actually better two days later) it was how poorly they handled the problem.

Couples massage was just ok. One of our technicians was not friendly. Men’s jacuzzi was cold and could not be used. Front desk girl acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Smells in the sauna and steam room was unpleasant (feet smell), not like all other spas we have been to where they have the aroma smells that make your experience so relaxing. Would not come back.

This facility was incredibly clean and calming. We took our daughter to get a pedicure and they were great with her. My husband even got colors!!
