BEST FACIAL EVER! (dermaplane, miicrodermabrasion, hydrafacial, led light therapy) Stephanie is amazing - very knowledgeable, sweet, kind, made sure I was comfortable - 110%. I will be going back in 4-5 weeks 👍🏻 A definite must ~ enjoy

The care and time everyone took to provide explanations made me very comfortable coming to a new spa. Then, they knocked it out of the park! Megan did an amazing job of pampering me during my facial. She was so friendly and listened to my concerns. I will definitely be coming back!!

My mother and I came in for facials for a little treat as I just moved here and am looking for a regular place. It started off promising with a skin analysis and consultation, and the facial itself was relaxing and hydrating - utilizing microdermabrasion, glycolic, red light therapy, etc - but the sales pitch I received immediately afterwards kept me for about 20 mins and ruined the relaxing feeling of the service. The “skincare specialist” was very persistent, and they would not take “no” for an answer; saying numerous times that he “saw it in my eyes how I want to buy the package of 12 facials for over $3k”… following me around the room and even to the door when my mother and I were trying to leave. It was very uncomfortable. The ‘specialist’ could not tell me the active ingredients in the “medical grade skincare,” saying he could ask his manager a specific question about it, but that was my question… Being in medical and medical aesthetics for 5+ years, I know skincare brands and wanted someone with knowledge and professionalism.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!!! After my first facial, I signed up for the 12 month package with free unlimited refills. I went on my 4th facial and needed refills, this would be my second time needing refills and they tell me I have exceeded my refills.. this was my SECOND time!! The offer was UNLIMITED refills!! I insisted that this was wrong and they have to do a refill because I still have 8 more facials and I have paid for it all!! I paid about $3000 for 12 facials and I have only had 4 so far. And only 1 refill of the products. Please DONT go here and waste your money. I was threatened by the staff that they will get the law enforcement involved and they can no longer provide me service If i ask for another refill again because its harrassing them. I paid $3000 for only 4 facials!! And they are not giving me a refund for the other 6

Serenity Spa is a quiet, calm place to go for your self care! Stephanie and all of the estheticians are amazing. They provide facials with love and care! I highly recommend them, and their wine is yummy as well! Michele H

The actual facial was very nice and Stephanie did a great job. Immediately after the facial ends you are escorted back to the front lobby area where you are forced into a very high pressure sales pitch to buy $3,000 worth of facials up front. I honestly felt like I was in a timeshare sales pitch and was made to feel very uncomfortable. It gave me a very high level of anxiety after what was just a very nice and relaxing facial. It felt as though they were preying on my insecurities about my skin. I never plan to go back which is unfortunate because the actual facial was good. The whole thing just feels very sleazy and preditory.
