I bought into the cheap incentive facial price to get you in the door. Once there I had a facial - and I set my expectations at the beginning of the facial, which were relaxing and anti-aging. I received a facial but was not aware of the different types of services I was receiving. Per Serenity, they were giving me a ‘taste’ of each type they can perform- but it was not called out during the procedure. Afterwards, I bought into the membership, believing they were a quality place with quality products. I should have waited a day or two to see any adverse effects of the facial. I ended up having a reaction and my skin became raw, red, itchy and dry within a few hours. I reached out the next day with my concerns - less than 24 hours later. I went back and forth with someone at the corporate office. I was then contacted a few days later by their lead esthetician. She told me there had been two 'types' of facials done at the same time - which should not have been paired together AND she believes there was product left of my face because of them not removing it all during the facial. These two things led to many days of discomfort. Her advice was to use heavy moisturizer and come to see her directly from now on for my remaining facials. I requested to return my membership based on my worry to move forward with anything at the spa and overall protocols at the spa. I was told there is a No Refund policy. I can appreciate it that - but I never thought I would want to return; I wanted to continue with what I was sold - quality facials and quality products. Now I have wasted +$2k for truly a bait and switch. Please be aware of the practices here and I would highly advise not to sign up for any of their products or services until after a few days of your initial facial to determine quality.

I had a voucher for a free skin aging facial, and from the get go I felt skin shamed because I don't have a thorough skin care routine, I get it I have 20+ years of skin damage, they didn't need to keep reminding me. I knew I did not want to buy any of their facial packages and told the esthetician that from the beginning. Once the facial was over, they went over the results of my skin analysis and told me what they recommended future treatments, I again told them I was not interested, but would like to buy a daily moisturizer. The woman continued to tell me that product would do no good without continuing to have regular facials to fix my damaged skin, I again told her I was not interested. She continued her sales pitch and I finally said I'm leaving now. I was uncomfortable with how pushy she was to sell their packages. The whole experience felt very uncomfortable.

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My facial was beyond relaxing, and my skin has never felt this refreshed and glowing. The esthetician was very knowledgeable, tailoring the treatment to my skin’s needs and offering great skincare advice. I can’t wait for my next appointment, highly recommend!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I decided to treat myself once a month to a facial and it's the best decision I've ever made. Not only has my skin improved but the environment is so welcoming, relaxing and the staff is unbelievably remarkable. 💯 recommend Serenity Spa. Do something nice for yourself .......... It's AMAZING! Thank you Serenity Spa for your Fantastic hospitality and knowledge!!

I visited Serenity today using their new customer promotion for a facial. The esthetician was phenomenal. It's been a few years since my last facial so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but from a relaxation state and what I saw in the mirror afterwards, it was a 10/10. I appreciate how Serenity allows their estheticians to share their personal Venmo/Cash App so they can receive the gratuity right away. I imagine this detail is why they have such skilled estheticians on staff. Their regular prices are WAY more than I personally choose to spend on self-care but I wanted to leave a review because the esthetician (Ashley) did such a great job.

Wow I highly recommend this spa!! The environment was so warm and welcoming, the staff made sure I was always taken care of… I honestly didn’t want to leave ;) and don’t get me started on the quality of the treatments!! Wowowow I walked out of there with a new face. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss out on Serenity spa!!
