This place is very unprofessional. I called them trying to set an appointment they had horrible customer service. The lady had an attitude for no reason and she hang up the phone mid conversation. I tried to call again she answered the phone and told me to stop calling. Please save your time and energy don’t go here.

Wendy is a great massage therapist that is very skilled providing great pressure which makes for an excellent massage. She is also very sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend Serenity Spa and will be back to enjoy another fantastic massage.

Demanded a 10 dollar tip.. No business owner should demand THREE times for someone to pay extra than what the service provides. AVOID this place! So many better cheaper options than dont demand extra money from you after you've already paid!

Save your money, so unprofessional. Cancelled my appointments TWICE. They will prioritize on who pays more. Therapists don’t even know what they are doing.

Staff was very skilled. Lovely decor and relaxing environment...very clean. Wonderful and professional massage. I will return. Recommend.
