I received a facial from Serenity Spa & Welness and I couldn’t be more happy with my service. I love how intimate the facility is, I really feel like she was able to make a good assessment on my skin and needs. I did not feel rushed and I came out with glowing, soft, supple skin. I have been experiencing a few breakouts and after a few days have really seen an improvement with my dark marks and textured skin. My skin is definetly way smoother since my appointment. This was a great reset for my skin. Also loved that it came with a nice shoulder massage. I highly recommend.

I am a long standing client of Serenity Spa & Wellness Inc. I have relied on the superior service at this spa for a decade. Today I had my usual massage and added a facial treatment. As expected it was wonderful! I had an immediate glow from the facial and the relaxing massage was everything I needed to start a great weekend! This is my spa home!!!

First time at Serenity Spa & Wellness was a very nice experience. I booked an appointment for my husband and myself. Both ladies were extremely attentive and professional. They made sure to ask all the right questions and went through everything in detail. Will be coming back to this place again.

I have been going to massage spas for years, by the grace of God my son wanted me to go get a massage so I told him to choose one, he chose serenity spa and wellness. I have never had a massage like Jackie gives.She gives a full body massage including the head. The only way that I would leave serenity is that they go out of business and I pray that it doesn’t happen. Senior’s they focus on us I go every month! The atmosphere is truly serenity!! They keep me moving, I have so much energy afterwards, thank you serenity for all you do, see you next month I love you ❤️💕

My experience at Serenity was amazing! My brother booked an appointment for me because I’d been having pain in my neck and shoulders from constant work with tech ( computers, laptops and phones). He said when booking , the person was very pleasant and thorough. The owner, Gia is very accommodating and down to Earth and Jackie was very sweet, making sure I was enjoying every step of the way. My brother will be sure to visit again when he’s in town , but I will definitely be visiting again and possibly making it part of my self care routine.

Okay so I'm not sure what's going on with this Spa facility it does State online that they will get back with you but they never answer the phone. Now I will say that I did get a call back from this lady named Jackie a couple of days later after I originally called her I explained to her that I had a gift card from Spa finders she told me that they accept it but she had to run my card first so she got my information she told me that she knows it sounds backward but that's how they have to do it and then she would get back in contact with me to give me a information about getting a massage she never contacted me I have called her several times since then and left a message still she has yet to call me so she's just took my money off of Spa finderI'm assuming do not do business with her I'm not sure what is or is not going on with her right now but it's bad business if it was ever a person who need a massage along good one it would be me know I have been through so much with my husband recently passed me and taking on two young children it is a whirlwind and I just wanted to pair for myself and I was blessed to get a $200 gift card to do that and she never contacted me with the information I needed or set up an appointment either NOT COOL

I absolutely love Gia!!!! The environment is so relaxing and the spa is always very clean. I came in for a facial and a peptide stem cell mask. My face has a bright glow and my skin texture is soooo smooth!! I will definitely add this service to all of my facials. If you’re considering coming to the spa, don’t hesitate trust me you will not regret it.

I apologize I am a year late 🤦🏾‍♀️😩 But February 19 , 2020 (which was my birthday) I attended this spa and I lovvvveeee it the lady ( Ms.Jackie) was soo sweet &&& it was a very CLEAN Facility, she’s a God fearing women ( which I lovvvveeee) because without him nothing in our life is possible! Also she made me feel so nice and relaxed , It smell so good and refresh ( since the pandemic) life had been up and down! But the best thing about 2020 was the Best experience I had here!!! Did I mention it was CLEAN!! In Chicago baby most places be 🤮 NASTY!! I don’t know about anyone else but it was amazing to Me!!! WHEN I GET THE TIME AND ANOTHER DAY OFF FROM WORK I WILL GO BACK! Mz.Jackie you are amazing Woman and I wish Our LORD continue blessings you and your business!! 💜💜🙏🏾

I've been trying to contact this merchant for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. I've left several voice messages and I haven't gotten a return call. My voucher from Living Social/Groupon expires in about 2 or 3 weeks. I was able to go by merchant and no one is either there or will no answer the door. Bad customer service when it concerns making an appointment.

I've been calling this place since Monday (3 days ago) to make an appointment to use my Groupon before I go out of town this weekend. I have left three messages and have not received a call back and there is no way to schedule online. I'm going to see if Groupon will refund my purchase, since I am unable to use it. Very frustrated and disappointed!

I am currently 6 months pregnant and fell dangerously ill. I contacted this spa at 3am and my appointment was at 530pm. I tried to reschedule however they didn’t call me back until 3 hours after my appointment time. Seeing as though the virus I contracted was HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS I opted to stay home. I was told I couldn’t reschedule even though I called 14 hours ahead of time. I tried to tell them I had no control over becoming ill and they said I would have to spend more money if I wanted to come in for my appointment. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
