Best massage ever. Perfect pressure application added to the warmth of the red light bed made it a wonderful experience. I was so relaxed when I left that I didn’t realize I had put my shirt on backwards.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this business. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and had great service. Although the massage therapists seemed to come and go. I’ve always bought the package deal for 4 massages. Then one day I went to book an appointment, and they were temporarily closed. I was still owed 2 massages on my package. Now they’re open again but there’s no receptionist and no voicemail. I emailed and received an automated response over almost 2 months ago. As of this posting I’ve received no phone call. I have now found another more reputable massage place.

Angie and her crew on one of the main reasons I have been able to avoid surgery on my back. Not only are they phenomenal for massage therapy, but they have the red light therapy bed that may be one of the best investments I've ever made for my health.

Came in for face wax! Wasn't pleased because the hair was still there. I was told the hair needed to grow longer so the procedure can be effective. That information should've been provided before attempting the service. Don't just take my $$.

I called to schedule an appointment for a neuromuscular massage with Matt. My adult son has a spinal cord injury and suffers from nerve pain. I was given the option of a Monday appointment at 5pm by the receptionist, Shannon. I called to find of what was going on when I received a confirmation for Wednesday at 5pm. Shannon advised me that Matt is off on Monday’s so they changed the appt (without notifying me). I advised her that Wednesday at 5pm didn’t not work She offered a Thursday appt @ 5pm and I agreed. I received an intake email on Wednesday for a 5pm appointment. I called again to advise his appointment is not supposed to be Wed but Thurs. Shannon then advised me that the room for my sons massage was being used for someone else on Thursday so they could not honor the appointment day and time.I’ve never experienced this level of in professionalism.

I have been going to Serenity Massage since I had a three level neck fusion in 2019. Angie and her staff are top notch and have healing hands. I get a massage monthly to help with stiffness, mobility and arthritis pain. I have never left there feeling like they “missed” an area. I can highly recommend them.

Just walked out my last appointment with the owner she stopped doing my massage because she got upset. I purchased a package with 2 Massages and 6 red light therapy. Prior to I expressed to her that I needed more Massages , per my doctors orders at least 2 times a week.Well she said she didn't have time and she ensured me that I will be getting "better" results with just that. Fast forward my doctor advised I needed more especially now due to seroma concerns. I informed her receptionist that I will be seeing someone else for Massages since Angela did not have the time, and at the end of the day she reached out to me with appointment times for a massage , the next day I informed her receptionist I will not be needing the additional times because I would have to come out of pocket with more money on top oof that I requested Massages originally , I had started seeing my new massage therapist and it was amazing but I still had one massage in my package out of the 2 and saved the last one for when myblady was going to be out. We'll as soon as I got there today Angela had an issue, she informed me results would not be guaranteed and i accepted , during the massage was very negative. Then when I explained to her I followed my doctors orders and got the Massages I needed and had to do what's best for me she stopped and refused to continue walked out and told her receptionist to not refund me. Nevertheless I won't won't be returning and will be taking further actions

NONE BETTER!! She asks me what issues I have and goes to work. She puts me to sleep as she weaves her magic and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Her skill has definitively and concretely helped me with left-side lymphatic problems (melanoma) and with lower extremity neuropathy, particularly my feet, which had really been bothering me. Angela truly is a God-send!!

Yes I’m the owner BUT! I needed specific attention to my spine that was inflamed and causing issues with my shoulder and leg pain. Matt was aggressive and wasn’t afraid to use pressure where I needed it to feel better. As massage therapist we have to get massages so we can keep doing what we do. Matt was wonderful!

Angela and her staff have helped me on numerous occasions to physically balance my body. All the body works together and having all parts functioning makes a more healthy person. It's far more than a comfort massage, which is great if that is the need. However, this type of massage is truly healing therapy.

Had purchased a groupon from Serenity not an individual several years ago. I had been there before. They refused to honor the groupon saying that only a particular person there accepted the groupons and she was no longer there. Have not used them since.

Honestly I can not rate this business as far as the services it provides, haven't had appointment completed yet, I cannot give a rate on the services. Scheduled for a full lymphatic drainage massage a last minute change of appointment occurred on their side. So excuse the 2🌟🌟. I my not ever get the service due to unapologetic for the rude and accusative remarks in email to me. No way to email them back, the email bounced back several times, the Facebook account is said to be unfounded or closed; you have to force send through their website communications booking or text in which is what I had to do about the email sent to me. Got an ugly response that included a statement stating it was a glitch with no apologizes . Texting seems to be the only way of communication with them or Angela, said to be owner. Despite phone number, on the website. It's best for me to leave it at this point.

Both Ansley & Angela are amazing!! They are true therapists! If you need pain relief go to them!!! I have severe chronic pain in my neck & lower back and have gotten a TON of massages and I can say they are THE BEST IN COLUMBIA. Hands down!!! Highly recommend!!! ~Wendy

I got a massage from Nicholas Thomas and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. It was my first time getting a professional massage and as a guy I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I got a massage due to a shoulder injury during a workout session and now that afterwards it feels totally healed and I have my mobility back in my shoulder.

I received a 60 massage from Nicolas. His technique was unique and thorough and he explained every aspect of the massage making sure that he addressed my issues. As a women I felt very comfortable with him.
