Great spa. The times I have been there I was greeted by cheerful, helpful people. Sharon worked on my back where I fell on a rock and relaxed the muscles that have been tight since the accident. It was a great experience and augmented the healing my chiropractor has been doing. Sharon is an excellent healer and delightful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Thida! I went in unsure of which treatment would be best for my current skin condition. She took time to explain the treatments and offered her advice. I ended up doing the 70 minute anti aging facial and was really happy with the treatment. I appreciated that she was personable and thorough. At no point did I feel rushed even though I know she had clients after me. I will definitely be back!

Great experience! Got this as a christmas gift and now I want to come back regularly if I can. Loved talking with Pattra & loved how tailored both the massage and facial were to my specific needs. Shoulders feel great. Whole place felt very friendly and welcoming!

I’ve been going to Thida for over 2 years and I can’t recommend her enough! The chemical peels and facials have helped my acne and acne scarring immensely. I love many of the products they offer at Serenity as well, which I use as part of my daily skincare routine. And Thida is such a gem — very caring, compassionate, and a fantastic aesthetician.

Excellent!! My prenatal massage with Pattra was so fantastic. She alleviated all the pain in my hips and shoulder blades. I even booked 2 more appointments with her before leaving the spa. I highly recommend Pattra for prenatal and regular massages.

This place is great and offers services at a great value being that is located in San Francisco, let alone on Union St. Sharon, one of the woman with many job titles, has done wonders for me and when I moved back to the area, but in San Jose rather than San Fran, I ensured to make the 1 hr drive just cause I know she is worth it and will help my skin needs! They're all so nice. Thanks for everything. This is review is sooooooooo overdue and this place is underrated. :D

Although it has been quite some time since my last massage and review, the experience once again was exactly what I expected: Serenity Wellness has great ambience with calming music in a perfectly comfortable setting. I booked the appointment for my shoulder however Sharon intuitively found tight muscles in my QL, upper back, and legs. I left feeling refreshed, not sore. Once again, I couldn’t be happier!

Best day spa in San Francisco! I have been getting facials from Sharon for the last 4 years and every time my face is glowing after my treatment. She uses great quality products and explains thoroughly every step during the treatment. The spa is so clean, serene and smells wonderful! I feel the positive energy every time I visit the spa. Thank you Serenity Wellness Spa! I will be back next month for another facial!

I was lucky enough to get in on a whim because of a cancellation and let me say how grateful I was! I was able to get a facial and a Swedish massage! Both of these services, I can honestly say at serenity were the most effective and amazing experiences I’ve ever had at any spa! I would’ve given them six stars if I could have! The anti-aging facial had so many treatments involved and three different people told me how beautiful my Skin was the very hour after I got it done! The massage was the best and he worked out all of my knots And addressed all of the issues that I had going on! Kudos to you! And thank you I will be back!

It's been almost three weeks since I had a service, and I'm still thinking about the experience! It was absolutely wonderful, from Ebony at the front desk, who was so warm and caring, to Pattra, who provided the most relaxing massage and facial. It was so lovely; the attention to detail is unmatched. I truly wish I could find a spa like this where I live. 5/5 stars, 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Mark was beyond amazing. He asked such good questions and catered my session to me. His lymphatic drainage was the best i've ever had. He has 20+ years training and so many certifications. I'm convinced he could help anyone's body. The best massage therapist in San Francisco.

Sharon was easy to talk to while getting my first facial. I felt relaxed and definitely accommodated for since I’m 6 months pregnant. She was able to suggest a few products and shared what I should implement in my daily routine. I highly recommend her.
