I paid the booking deposit. My appointment was moved several times. I was then notified the night before that it’s cancelled. I wanted to ignore these reviews when I booked, but I ended up getting the same treatment as other people. This was really rude especially because of all of the confirmation texts I received prior. I also received no explanation nor a reschedule. Sorry Sergio but I won’t be coming to you as a new client.

I should have trusted the other reviews - I, too, received a last minute cancellation with no explanation. I had to scramble to get an appointment elsewhere. Not cool.

My wife made an appointment this morning at 9am on his website. Said there was availability left. Got there at 1:30pm (appointment time) called and he said there was no makeup artist or hair stylist available. Very poor business 101. Update your website if you don’t have Availability

This was my first time coming to Sergio. I have been wanting to come to him for a long time but he is always booked solid. I was lucky to find an appointment. He took several hours with my hair. I told him my concerns my wishes and he delivered. I lost my hair dresser to Covid which I have been using for over 20 years and I now have found someone to take as much care and to be patient as my other stylist. Thank you Sergio and your beautiful assistant Mari, you have made the experience so enjoyable. Take 1 Action !!! 😜😜😜

I had a 15 minutes call appointment with him for $25 before booking him so he could see my hair and advice me in what service to book him for. He was very nice on the phone call and I went ahead and booked him. The day of my appointment arrived, and 2 hours before the appointment he texted me saying he wasn't feeling well and canceled it. He rescheduled another appointment for this week and he canceled it again without any notice to me, 2 days before. I texted him asking him what happened and he never replied. I waited and was patient with him, and it only got me disappointment because I was not able to get my hair done before Christmas. He should've been honest from the beginning if he didn't want to take new clients, instead of canceling on me twice, having me waiting, and at the end ghosting me with no reply nor explanation. That's no nice and no professional.

It was my first time getting my hair done with Sergio and let me start off by saying his work is AMAZING. Customer service is superb. He was very personable and catered to my hair needs throughout the whole process. High quality service all around. He exceeded all my expectations and more.
