This is favorite place for manicures and pedicures in Lakeway. This salon consistently delivers exceptional service, and Bea is a true gem. Her professionalism, combined with her sweet and caring nature, creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Every visit leaves me with beautiful nails, and the deluxe pedicure is my absolute favorite. Be sure to book your appointment in advance, as they are always in high demand.

I had Amy this afternoon and she was absolutely wonderful! They were able to squeeze me in this afternoon for a quick dip appointment. The whole salon was so comforting and everyone was so kind. This was my first time attending the salon after getting many recommendations from my co-workers that go here every time for their nails. Thank you for such a great experience :)

10/10 such friendly and clean techs. I always have a good experience here. Owner has stayed late for clients and even visited them for nail services in the hospital. They really do go the extra mile.

I went somewhere else before coming to Serin Day Spa, though it should have been my first stop. I haven't had nails in a long time but used to and know about how it should go. Unfortunately, the previous acrylic nails from the other nail salon started lifting within the first two weeks, were way too thick and bubbly, and took twice the time it should have. They weren't properly prepped and started to look bad rather quickly. Tuan fixed me right up. They are so friendly and do it right the first time! Thank you for fixing me up!!! There's no need to go anywhere else.

Best nail salon in the Lakeway area. I've been to many. They really try to make sure you happy no matter what. They bend over backwards. Seriously. Great with SNS, Gel and just normal manicures and pedicures. They offer NuSkin pedicures that are divine. Highly recommend. I've been using Serin for 6 years now. Service is still top notch!

Lady in charge is plain rude. Wouldn’t offer an appointment or to wait to get pedi done. She didn’t even look at me when I walked in and said they were busy.

If I could give six stars I would! My nails are gorgeous, exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly kind and they even offered me delicious donuts and drinks! Definitely make this your staple nail salon!

Well I normally keep my opinions to myself but I think this one needs to be reported. I don’t say much to anyone there I always do at least 20% tip. And I had the manager there tell me not once but twice that she hated me but she got me in. Even with the accent, I totally understood what she said the first time, I just chose to ignore it. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. And I doubt if this post last very long as I think they are in control of the post.

I came in for a pedicure during lunch time and they asked me to come back in an hour, luckily for me I had a few other things to do to pass the time and did come back. I had one of their specialty pedicures (the one for smoother skin since this was only my second pedicure after COVID and my feet needed a lot of love!). It seemed like a good price by my (NY) standards and the woman did a great job. My toes still look great and my feet were much smoother afterwards. Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming. I would recommend and would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

Serin was recommended by a neighbor. I was hesitant and a little apprehensive as I have problematic toe nails. I'm also on a blood thinner, so if I'm accidentally cut, I'd bleed a lot! I made Bee aware of that. The operator did a wonderful job -- Bee inspected her work -- and added her own finishing touches. Very caring. Definitely recommend and will go back again.

Very disappointed. Went to get pedis & manis with my husband, pedis were ok, but when it came to the manicures, the guy doing my nails seemed to be rushed, he was taking other clients while he was with me and didn’t wash his hands or sanitize between clients, he also messed up my nails and instead of cleaning it up and start over he just painted over the messed nail. My husband had a bad manicure as well, his nails felt super rough, like they just filed but didn’t buff to make it smooth, and put clear polish when he didn’t want to, he was also very disappointed about this whole experience. I decided not to say anything there cause everyone was super busy and in a rush and I don’t think they would’ve done a better job if I’d say anything. I saw this place has great reviews which I don’t doubt you can get great service, but you might not get that same good service if you’re POC or a man, they don’t seem to care about anyone else that’s not a white woman.

This is the most consistent nail salon I've found in Lakeway. The ladies do their best to remember your name and preferences, which makes it feel like home. I went back for the first time 7 months into the pandemic, and the owner remembered my name and polish color. 🙂

What a treasure to find in Lakeway! Three of my family members came in for mani's and pedi's and we were treated like royalty. The quality and cleanliness were top notch. Our fingers and toes looked lovely the stone massage was a memorable treat. Thanks girls !!
