Amazing experience, the barbers there are nice, they checked up on me every now and then, showed me the cut as it progressed and allowed me to sample some after shave and gel, and they provided a drink when I asked, overall, amazing experience

Juan took his time and made sure I was happy with my hair and beard before I walked out, usually barbers kinda grumble when I ask for something to be fixed, but he was happy to. I highly recommend him

First I have to say just because a barber says that he/she can cut hair military style doesn't mean they can - over the years I've had my hair literally BUTCHERED because of this. Actually practicing what is preached is hard to find nowadays. The above being said I am REALLY glad that I found Kris at the Shaenfield Service Cuts location. She knows how to cut my hair exactly the way I have liked it for the past 34 years. She's cool, hip, kind, funny and the only one I let cut my hair. She's the best. I've read other reviews bashing this place - it's not the location only the specific people. When I first started going here there were some bad apples which have since left. Now there's a really good crew working at this shop. Kudos to Kris and the Shaenfield Service Cuts location!!

Go see Kris. I've been coming to this location for years and it's always been a good experience. Atmosphere and music is nice, always clean, they will offer you a beverage on arrival, and if you see Kris you'll leave looking your best. Get the Generals Order

I have been coming to this barber shop since shortly after it opened and have had different barbers cut my hair and will say that I have struggled to have the experience I have once I sit in the chair with Ej!!! This dude is personable, professional, defiantly takes his job serious and makes sure you are good and comfortable thru out the experience because your not just getting a cut your getting a experience when you come see him!

These people did an amazing job on my son's hair!! He spent 3 years growing his hair out for kids with cancer! As you can see in the picture with our family his hair is about to the middle of his back!

Walked in and the shop was extremely clean, the atmosphere was nice and employees were so welcoming!!! We will definitely be returning back for our son!

Cameron did an amazing job on my 2 year olds hair. My son is very squirmy and not the easiest to work with but Cameron was patient and kind. 10/10 recommend.

Cameron did an amazing job with my autistic son and was very patient with him moving around. I have gone everywhere to get the right cut that my other son has been wanting & he delivered!!! He did a very good job I highly recommend!! The place was clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Ej took great care of me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while couldn’t be more happy with the service provided. Plus hair shampoo was thrown in for free would definitely recommend again!!

First time here. I was looking for a barber shop to start taking my son to and this was the best rated. Cam cut my sons hair and was helpful as I wasn’t too sure what to get him. My son and I were happy with his cut and with Cam. The place was nice, clean, and quiet. I will be returning 😊

I took my three son's here. They were taken care of by Cameron, Kris, and E.J. All three of them did a great job and gave them the exact cut that was in the pictures showed. Highly recommend!

This review is for awareness. Please don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a quality haircut. The Barber EJ did a HORRIBLE job. My son is in junior high and he doesn’t even want to go to school on Monday. The manager did offer to fix it but my boy just wanted to get out of there and never go back. The only reason we went there in the first place was because a Barber by the name of Alejandro always did an awesome job. My son was wanting the same haircut he received a few weeks ago which Alejandro who no longer works at this establishment was able to accomplish. We thought we’d give one of the other barbers a try which turned out to be the wrong decision. Hopefully anyone who decides to go to the this barber shop does not get the same results we did. We are currently heading to Pinstripes in Southtown. Hopefully they can fix this mess. I’ll post an after picture of the fixed haircut. That way Service Cuts can see what a quality cut should look like!!!! First three photos are from today’s haircut. A photo of how he wanted it to look.
