This past Saturday was my first visit to Serving Faces and Ebony Burns, but it certainly won’t be my last. I was very hesitant to make the appointment because I have not had a facial in a very, very long time, but as soon as I walked in the door, Ebony made me feel welcomed and special. Even days later, I’m still looking in the mirror and thinking how wonderful my face looks after just one treatment. Ebony knows her stuff and gave me great instructions for at home care. I look forward to the rest of my journey with her and getting my skin back to where I would like it to be.

I recently had a great experience at Serving Faces. I tried the Head Spa service, and I highly recommend it! It focuses on scalp health and rejuvenation. I really didn’t know what to expect with the service and was pleasantly pleased. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and professional. The staff was punctual and took the time to explain everything, even showing me how my scalp looked before and after the service, which I appreciated. Plus, the place smelled amazing! I received valuable tips on improving my scalp health, which made the experience informative and relaxing. The treatment was incredibly calming, with a mix of techniques that made the massage feel exceptional. The staff also took the time to ask questions to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session, which I really appreciated. I left feeling rejuvenated and well-informed about how to maintain my scalp health. I would definitely come back for the service.

Love the place, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and Ebony is Awesome!! She's very detailed, and listens to what you want to accomplish/achieve with your skin. Ebony gives recommendations for services that will give the best results for your skin. She explains each service provided, products used and the benefits they provide. Her knowledge, application and attention to detail to treat & beautify her clients utilizing safe & effective products can never be underestimated. Ebony is a great, professional esthetician and very nice/friendly. Loving my results so far, and definitely worth the 2 hour drive. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am new to North Carolina and found this place on Google. The location is excellent from the highways, staff is polite, professional and efficient. Ebony is my technician and each time i go it's like conversing with someone I've known for years. She shares details about your services and shares information upon request. I recommend this place to all that are I terested and looking g for a small black owned business!!! Parking is excellent too!

Wow! Jody was so warm and welcoming at the reception. He addressed me by name, offered me a beverage, and chatted for a few minutes before my appointment started. This was first time getting waxed after 4 years. Amber was confident and quick with the hair removal process. She made sure I was doing okay, checking in with me after every strip. Of course it hurt, but Amber took breaks when needed and listened to my needs (especially if the wax was too hot). The vajacial side of the service was amazing! I loved the mask afterward, it really helped relieve the area. I highly recommend Amber for this service. I promise you won’t regret it!

Ebony is amazing at what she does! I was new to the city and Ebony was one of the first people that I went to for a Brazilian wax, and I would never go to anyone else again. When I first went, she was just opening up her new salon, and it's been incredible watching it grow into what it is today. It is the cutest salon. You feel welcomed and beautiful when walking in and out of her salon. I've always struggled with in-grown hairs and Ebony knew exactly what to recommend and which products to use. They are now my holy grails! I could not live without them. On top of all that, Ebony is just a really cool person to be in the room with. She is a hard working business woman and she just makes you feel elevated and motivated when walking out. Unfortunately, I'm moving out of Charlotte soon, but if you are in the area, 10000% recommend Serving Faces. You will NOT be disappointed. She truly takes care of you!

My 1st time getting a vajacial. Well...Ebony made my experience spectacular. She was very inviting, warm and compassionate to any issues I expressed to her. The ambiance is to die for and she is so relatable. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly. My wife and I will be going back for more of everything she has to offer with her business. I 100% recommend this spot for all your body needs!!

My sister comes here for her waxing needs. I finally decided to started getting waxed and I usually see Amber and she is the sweetest! She makes the experience quick and comfortable as possible and has great conversation. I forgot the gentlemans name at the front, but he was amazing as well. I met Ebony before and shes extremely professional. Overall best experience every time!

This is based on a Groupon I bought and their lack of responsiveness. I really wanted to start getting regular facials. A quick Google search for black aestheticians led me here. I unexpectedly saw a Groupon a few months after my search and purchased it. Per the instructions, you can’t book on the website if you’re using a Groupon. I called twice and left a voicemail in addition to emailing as the voicemail instructed. I never received a response either by telephone or email. That was 12/6/22. Eventually I had to contact Groupon for a refund. I was really disappointed because I had high hopes for this place but now I can’t justify going for full price if you can’t even respond to customers or pick up the phone. This type of thing is why black owned businesses get a bad reputation. But I’ll start my search again and try elsewhere.

This place service is beyond amazing! I had been looking for a place to wax comfortably for so long and I finally found it! Ebony and amber and both excelente estheticians and very friendly.
