I'll start with the good. I love how this one lady does my eyebrows. I go to her all the time, I won't go to anyone else besides her, because she is so precise and always listens to what I want. So I thought I could trust her with eyelash extensions. I WAS SO WRONG!!! I got some eyelash extensions for the first time it was so traumatizing. First she got glue in my eye it burned so much, it would not stop watering for an hour. Then she miss placed an extention on my lash line, I'm guessing, because she ripped it off which hurt so bad. I kept asking her to stop, telling her it hurt and that she was pulling my eye lashes out. She kept saying no I'm not and kept going. It left a scar and now there is a big patch missing on my lash line that will not grow back. I'M SO SAD!!! I will never get eye lash extensions again. Update: my eye lashes grew back Thank GOD.

I went to them off a recommendation, I was hoping for good service but my encounter Tuesday the 10th the lady was extremely rude and made a comment to me about my eyebrows being to thin and ugly and that when I explained how I wanted them high to low she didnt listen and did them all on the longest lashes when I specified cat eye. On top of I paid for the one that last a month and tipped extremely well and now this is my fourth time going in because they keep falling off. I had high Hope's for them and each time they had been rude, and keep having them fall off. They shouldn't be touching my nose with a cat eye.

Literally all the new workers don’t know what they’re doing..only one good worker who knows how to thread. It’s as if they don’t care like when they first opened and They left me with a noticeable bald spot!! Finding a new place after it grows back!
