/If I could give no stars I would. They double dip when waxing which is germy & nasty. They rush on threading. If you're not getting lashes They just rush. Not going here again. Gave them another chance...I got tint. The lady was very sloppy and uncaring and did not clean the tint off my face. I will never go here again. They don't care at all. 18 dollars wasted

Sinceramente me arrepiento de aver entrado a este spa, les dije que limpiaran mis cejas y me la cortaron casi toda. También me causó alergia el producto que usaron, no recomiendo si no quieres que te dejen pelona las cejas o si no quieres que te agan un gran corte.

I came in there for a wax and thread , when one of them got done doing the waxing part she gave me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and I noticed a piece of my eyebrow was gone . When I asked her why was it like that she gone try to tell me it’s cause I have light hair in that area which is not true because I have thick eyebrows . I ended up askin for a refund which they only gave me $4 and when I told her next time she needs to own up to her mistake she tried to tell me how it was my fault when the only thing I have to do is lay there and get them done . I wouldn’t recommend .

The lady was careless. Went in for a wax and she burned me. Left a mark on my lip. Very disappointed, I have been using seva for years now and she knew that wax was too hot. Seemed like a jealous bish that who gets joy out of burning ppl

I WILL NEVERRRR COME BACK TO THIS WAX PLACE AGAIN! First and foremost the main reason I will not be returning is because while waiting to sit in the chair in order to receive services I watched as the ladies working on the previous clients use the SAME wax stick for the entire process of waxing the clients faces. If you think about it that is BEYOND filthy. EVERY client’s bacteria is being introduced into the wax pot and before you think wax is hot it’ll kill all germs. NOT TRUE! It is a very unsafe practice and can cause introduction of bacteria onto people’s face and vaginal area since they also provide Brazilian and bikini wax services. In addition to that filthy discovery they are very rude. I moved to Indy in May but prior to I would always go to the one back home and they were always super friendly, knew me by name and my preferred services, and I never had a bad experience with my ladies up north. Thirdly, they are terrible because they always leave a copious amount of hair behind to which I need to go back and do a clean up at home or tell them “hey you missed all of this over here” in which they seem irritated by asking for them to correct their poor job. I was trying to stick it out because it’s literally 4 mins from my house and cheap but after what I witnessed I’m done with this place. I will gladly make a drive and pay more money if need be.

This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done, I’ve nevet had a bad experience with any of the workers there!
