Had to have a 13 yea old spend 12 hours in the chair while the stylist gently worked through each strand to detangled and de-matt. She was so kind and sensitive to the child’s needs and insecurities. She did an amazing job, you’d never know how tangled her hair was. I can’t express enough how much I would recommend this place to everyone. Ten stars if I could

I was thrilled to visit this salon when my family member’s hair became severely matted and tangled. The stylist worked tirelessly all day to gently work out the knots, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to getting the job done. Not only were they friendly and sweet, but they also took the time to educate me on Tridermocology revealing the complexity of the subject. This salon was a true live saver for us-I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Mixed review. The staff was kind and very gentle. The facility/ treatment space were comfortable. I went 2 times. First time was sold products that were partially filled but covered by black glass. I was also pressured into purchasing a body scan ($100). It was a little red light thing that clamped on my finger. I was promised an analysis with suggestions and received nothing. I brought it up on my second treatment and was only suggested more partially filled products. I would strongly suggest to not get conned into a body scan. I requested a refund due to never receiving the product and have not been replied to.

These ladies have saved the day! It was one of the best facials I have ever had plus they found out my scalp had a fungal issue. Best thing to treat yourself and make sure your scalp is healthy. Highly recommend!!

I do not recommend. I have dermatitis, and made an appointment as a new client for a treatment. Never received a courtesy call or any welcoming text messages prior to the appointment. Once I got to the appointment, she had a problem with my son telling me that the treatment requires a dark room, etc. which would have been nice to know had I had a courtesy call knowing I am a new client. Once I got to the appointment, I met the owner Chiann herself. She seemed professional and somewhat knowledgeable about dermatitis. After educating me on it being a intestinal issues related she discouraged me from seeing my gastroenterologist. Instead, she wanted me to spend $500 on a shampoo regimen and vitamins that she sells. I think not. This seemed like another case of black owned business behavior of charging what they think their customer can afford. She also tried to sell me on a plan that she never emailed or followed up with. And lastly tried to charge me almost $200 to tell me what I already knew about my scalp is that I had dermatitis. All of a sudden she didn’t have any openings for me to reschedule my treatment. I do not recommend you coming to this business if you are trying to seek treatment for dermatitis, they will not help you. She’s going to try to con you into purchasing re-packaged shampoo and vitamins, for a 600% mark up. I honestly think they deal with people who have dandruff and scalp build up from weaves and braids not natural hair involved with dermatitis.

I have gone through so many hair issues since having my son and after trying multiple stylists, I was finally referred to this trichologist. I’ve realized most beauticians have a “one size fits all” approach to dealing with hair & they usually aren’t knowledgeable enough to diagnose my issues, let alone treat them. She has quickly diagnosed my issues, treated my scalp/hair, & educated me along the way. I am so impressed with her process and look forward to a long lasting healthy hair journey.

Loved this place! It was my first time going and I will be coming back! Btw I went for leisure so for my own pleasure not because I had any major concerns about my hair or scalp. Of course no one is perfect I do have a oily scalp can’t go two days without washing my hair and my hair looks like I hadn’t washed my hair in two weeks! Shian and her coworker were wonderful and took care of me! Put me to sleep it was so relaxing. Look they even have a cute drink and snack bar complimentary!

Shain is truly amazing. My hair has been through some issues and she has gotten it to a point of beauty. Proud to rock my natural hair and it is because of her!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains every step of the process she is taking you through. Well worth the cost.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a hair dresser. The head bath was like a spa treatment and this was so relaxing. Shian also does a wonderful job with treating your hair for what it needs at that time. She’s and expert at hair health and will not put anything in your hair to harm it. She also is well educated in this department and truly cares about her clients. I am going from relaxed hair back to natural and she has been helping me along the way without any worries. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND making an appointment with her and you will have no regrets!

Shian is a professional stylist with many years of experience. She has done her research and is can access what is best for your hair. She loves what she does and loves to see the progress of her clientele. I am so happy I found her to care for my natural hair care needs. Highly recommended.
