The absolute best customer service! They helped clear up my skin with their acne boot camp and everyone was so helpful every time I went in to purchase my skincare. I had to move overseas and they’re still amazing with shipping my products to me. Can’t recommend them enough! ❤️

Awful customer service…1. Didn’t get acknowledged when going inside for my purchase 2. Instead of pointing to a tiny sign with your return policies you should let your customers know in advance! ( you would think this is common sense)

I love Shades!! Apart from being such a cute aesthetic spot, the products they offer are great!! The clothes, jewelry, and accessories are so versatile and super cute; and their lash extension and tint is AMAZING! The girls there are so sweet and helpful, super recommend going!!

Love getting my facials here when I’m in town!!! My brother in law recommended it while we were in town and I’ve loved my two facials I’ve gotten. The estheticians take great care in explaining the process and the products they’re using. It’s also amazing to walk out of the facial and get to shop. Whoever picks out the clothes has such great taste. I just picked up a cute dress for date night! Thank you ladies for such a great experience every time!

Sarah has been my aesthetician for some years now, and she always leaves my skin looking its best. Shades of Blush is an investment in one’s physical self care but it is so, so worth the visit. I recommend dermaplaning facials and brow lamination from the menu! Having just moved back to EP, I’ll be booking again soon. The Eminence line carries some of my favorites, you can tell the quality of a spa by the products they use and Shades is top quality. We love the vibes of the employees and the shop itself, 11/10 xx

Shades is girly heaven! Not only is everything pink and cute but also so well thought out. You can definitely tell the staff go above and beyond to make this spa/boutique one of a kind and a place you want to come back to. My skin has transformed since I started seeing Sarah once a month. Everyone is so knowledgeable about skincare and great at what they do. I really can’t recommend this place enough!

This boutique is the cutest spot for a girls day in El Paso. We each designed our own charm necklaces and snagged some tattoos while we waited for the charms to be placed. So much fun!

This is my favorite spa/shopping spot ever! I feel like I’m visiting friends every time I go and the skincare treatments are top notch. Not to mention their clothes and accessories are gorgeous and fun! If you haven’t gone go. If you’re from out of town this would be an excellent spot to spend part of your day.

I found Shades on Instagram and have so far had two facials here! I brought my brother with me and with the ladies’ expertise he has cleared up maybe 80% of his acne in two visits! He received a personalized care plan made just for him and recommendations on products. My experience has been great as well! 💗 Super cute place, nice staff, and the best products. Would (and do) recommend to a friend.

Shades is super cute, I love everything about it! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I stumbled upon it randomly after having brunch next door. At the time I was really struggling with acne like never before, literally, not even as a teen did i have so much acne. So i decided to book an appointment not knowing anything about any of the estheticians. To my surprise i booked with Anevay, who is a certified acne specialist. Not only is she the sweetest, she is also very well informed about acne and products that cause acne. Within 4 months my skin cleared up almost entirely using their products and being consistent with my skin care routine. i can’t remember the last time i had a breakout. If you ever find yourself looking for a good quality facial or simply want to shop for cute clothes and jewelry, Shades of Blush is the perfect place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND <3

Amazing experience with Victoria!!! This was my third facial ever and it was perfect. I was so comfortable and relaxed! She was so sweet. I can’t believe it took me so long to go in! I’ve been going to Shades of Blush for a couple of years now. I did their acne boot camp with Sarah and she saved my face after dealing with horrific hormonal post-partum acne. I cannot say enough beautiful things about this place. Not only are all the individuals working there super friendly and helpful with any question. They care! You can buy the cutest clothes, face and body products and even cute candles. I think the biggest shoutout is the accessibility client’s have. I messaged Sarah for something that happened and without hesitation she recommended products that help and healed my current problem. Love you all!!

I love Shades, it’s like going to Disneyland for me. They have the best, most welcoming and knowledgeable staff, the facials are heavenly and their products are absolutely outstanding. I have never had better skin in my life and I completely attribute it to Shades of Blush. Also, they have the cutest clothes and jewelry, everything in there is 10/10.
