Such a welcoming environment and 10/10 service provided each time. I moved to York last year and am so grateful I found a great hair stylist like this! The best silk press you could get. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my first experience at the salon. Mychaela is warm and maintains a really chill vibe in the space. Vibes were amazing I was comfortable , I walked in a few minutes early and we got started I got my hair dyed black , straightened and trimmed and it was no more than 2 hours that was the fastest I have been in and out for a silk press and dye with any hairstylist and she was the sweetest !

My experience with Shades of Yelloh is always great. Mychaela is efficient and very good with her skills. I like that she conversates with her customers on many different topics. Overall,I think she is a great stylist who knows what she is doing and very comfortable at doing it. I'm never disappointed!!!👌🏾

My first time at this salon was amazing. The moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the stylist. She was very attentive to my hair needs and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I requested ponytail service (along with the deep conditioning treatment and trim) and I absolutely ADORE the result. I definitely plan to book with her again in the near future and highly recommend her service to anyone looking for a natural hair stylist in the area.

I love bringing my daughter to Shades of Yelloh. We know we're getting excellent service everytime. This style was for her senior prom. When I couldn't find tbe style she wanted through the booking site. I contacted My'Chaela and she walked me through it. I would refer her 100 times over. Alway professional and alway on time.

My experience was lovely an Very clean an loved her services an how she does things very patient with my daughter, who was very fidgety and whining, took her time great conversation and did a fantastic job on my daughters hair couldn’t ask for nothing better. If you haven’t then you need to book her services. You will not be disappointed. I found our new hair salon. 💯💪🏽😍🥰✔️.
