I like going there. I always look for Raffia there. She did a nice hair cut and the hair color she did on me was looking very natural, lasted bit longer. I like the services she provides makes me to go back there time to time whenever I need .

I Like this salon, I am from MI, I had hair cut and eyebrows done, Rabiya is very nice and good at her work, when i went and said i need hair cut, she asked me how I want my haircut, I told her just do that looks good for my face shape, she said customer who comes here tells me how they want, do you trust me? I said yes and she did the best style, my friends loved and said I should get the same style. I recommend Rabiya .

Such bad hygiene issue here . What they suggest to wear this gown in facial times. It’s such nesty nd looks dirty . I can’t stay there even one minutes. Who working Tuesday she is nice lady . But what other lady she not working but she has bad attitude . She told me I m not working today so why she explain with rudely answer. Not recommended. How she speaking confidential if she aware to cleaning in facials rooms thts better for her .

I got eyebrows, underarm wax, and lower leg wax done here 3 days ago. The lady who did my arm wax had her arms hurting very badly but still she did my underarm wax, which gave me horrible painful rashes and has left mark on my underarms,The wax room was tiny mess, hard to move, extremely dirty, unhygienic and they gave me very dirty cover up to wear, which of course i did not used. I used my jacket to cover myself. Horrible experience and I need to find another place instead of getting sick going to this place.

The lady who did my underarms was overly confident and accidentally peeled off my skin. It not only left a mark but also has rash irritation that never happened to me with other salons. Prices here are higher compared to other nearby salons.

The owner is really rude and has poor customer service. I just mentioned to her where I am from and she started talking condescendingly about girls from my culture and she left such a bad impression on me. She was super rushed and just nagging on the phone the whole time, she has such a loud voice. The only reason I go there at first was because it looked clean. But actually, the wax room is dirty and tiny, and I’m pretty sure it’s a fire hazard having bed right in front of the door.

On a chance occasion, I walked into this salon and was greeted very kindly. Rafia worked meticulously on my eyebrows, making sure that it was a perfect shape with no additional hair anywhere. I also got my upper lips and forehead threading done on various occasions. This place has become my go-to just because Rafia does it so smoothly without any pain! I highly recommend her and this salon for everything threading!

Rafia is incredible! my eyebrows got messed up and had a weird shape and she knew exactly what to do to make them normal again. She also pointed out an irregularity with my sideburns that i had never noticed and gave suggestions on what i have to do with them to bring them back to normal. overall had a great experience and this is going to be my new go to spot for all personal care!
