They take their time which can be a con if you’re in a rush but a huge pro when you want your eyebrows to look a specific way. I used to go to rawjaw which is on the same block but after years they lost their touch which is why I went to Shailas place with one of the workers. Total was 10 with tip but the price is immensely fair. I felt not that pretty before getting my brows done to beautiful afterwards. I went in asking for arch and she completely fixed my brows w/ an arch😩. I LOVEEEE THIS PLACE. (Make appointment or call ahead if you’re in a rush)

If you guys looking for a professional salon and environment then this is not right place … the owner shaila that old lady She didnt even deserved a single star .. she is super unprofessional dont know how to talk with customer … super super unprofessional… today September 5th 2024 .. there is girl work their priyanka work very well so professional but the owner of the salon is extremely unprofessional always back bitting after customer left salon …. Today i go there for face wax when i m done i was telling priyanka there is some hair and all .. she looked at me telling dont waste time and give me rude looks … i told her she is not professional dont know how to talk with customer ….. she treat customer like they all free they dont have anything else to do in their life they come to her salon and forget about the time .. she take one customer and start her job and then left her job in middle and go to next customer and start their and then so on … she is totally out of her mind thats my last visit to her salon just because of her missbehaving behavior… hope she learn some maners

Threading whole face for $30 is ridiculous. Way too much! And henna is a scam, it’s like done by a little kid and the price is over the top! I regret going there, first and last time! Both of my hands was charged $50 up to the wrist area. When the actual price is between $10-20! Very small design, and Yeahh ugly too! I’m so sad my hands is ruined, wasted my time and money! I saw the photos online, but idk where the got the photos from! Wish I never went, but lessons learned!

Sheila is the best artist in Brooklyn. I’ve been doing eyebrows for 11 years now. I always leave satisfied. For so long, everything in the world has changed, but Sheila’s price hasn’t changed and that’s great. Thank you for the wonderful service.

She turns the place into a day care after 7 pm on Fridays. Omg! The screaming, jumping on chairs & all the women or mothers are absolutely oblivious! Eight year old kids just running around & no discipline what so ever. Excruciating!!!

Horrible experience. Shaila is unprofessional and greedy for money. She lets her friends skip the lines with “fake appointments.” My wife waited for 3.5 hours the last time we went. Then she had her own face waxed by a coworker, then swept the floors while my wife sat there waiting. She is also doing business right after having eye surgery and told us she could barely see, which is dangerous. If I could give negative stars, I would. Believe the negative reviews - she doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

Love this place!! My mom has been going here for years and I just started coming few months ago love shaila and her girls very affordable prices and nice clean and they do amazing job with eyebrow shaping and tinting 💗💗💗

It was my first time here and I am glad I found this salon! Great service and very friendly staff. I got eyebrows, a haircut and a whitening facial. Very satisfied with the haircut and eyebrows. Facial was good too but there was a lot of harsh scrubbing which gave me redness all over. Very reasonable prices, clean and friendly environment. Will definitely be back.
