Ladies, when I tell you this is the place for your laser care I mean it. Shamie walks you through your whole session and makes sure you are comfortable. The laser does not hurt!! I have gotten laser before and was told it did not hurt and it absolutely did. But this, this does not hurt at all. Very minor. This is your place!

Shamie does an amazing job all around! I go to Shamie’s laser medical spa for laser hair removal in multiple areas of my body. She has a new machine so the hairs are penetrated effectively! At most places they will have old equipment, meaning you’ll need to go more times than needed. She’s professional, makes you feel comfortable, cares about her customers, and is just a genuine human being. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

After years of neglecting SPF, I came to Shamie looking to reverse my sun damage. A few IPL sessions and Silk Peel facials later, my skin “looks like glass.” Before coming across this spa, I did IPL at a few other spas in the city and can say this spa absolutely has the best prices. Another plus is that Shamie is really fun to talk to!

I have hair literally everywhere that I shouldn’t! I have been embarrassed about it since high school(I am now 29). I have talked about doing laser hair removal for the longest time but never had the balls to actually make the appointment because I was ashamed of my body. As soon as I entered the room Shamie made me feel so comfortable!!! She talked me through the entire process, addressed every one of my concerns and then some. Thank god a friend shared her info on social media because I don’t think I would have had the same positive experience anywhere else as I had with Shamie! Shamie was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so grateful for the recommendation. A little about me: I am 75% Italian and 25% Greek so my hair is dark at the root but tends to lighten quickly with minimal sun exposure. I’m 35 years old so I avoid sun and when I’m in it I wear SPF and I still tan. And I have thick curly hair. None the less you’d think my hair and skin would be perfect for laser, but that’s not necessarily the case due to my darker olive skin tone. My skin always has a glow (I have natural yellow undertones) and even when I’m “pale” I still have a tan. I also have oily skin and larger pores, remember that curly hair I mentioned well that combo is the perfect environment for ingrown hairs! (Ugh) AND when it comes to my face there is definitely a delicate balance of keeping my skin clean without over drying or over hydrating. I’ve seen Shamie twice for laser and hydra-facials. The results have been phenomenal, she is incredible! During our first appointment I told her I wanted my arms, legs and underarms lasered. Shamie was very upfront with me; she told me I may not get the results I wanted on my arms because my hair is lighter and the skin on my arms is darker. We decided to start with my underarms and top half of my legs. The top half of my legs has lighter hair on the front of my thigh and darker hair on the back of my thigh. Shamie thought starting with the lighter sparse hair on the top of my thigh would be a good barometer to see how my arms could potentially do. This would also give me the next upcoming fall months to become as pale as possible so if we wanted to start the arms in the winter we could and still have enough time for treatments to see results before summer. Well it’s been TWO treatments and 80% of my underarms hair is gone! YES gone, and so are the pesky ingrown hairs! And my thighs (both front and back) are also seeing incredible results. So happy to see the quick progress! Every time I go for laser I also get a hydra-facial. I leave with clean pores pores and incredibly soft skin. Shamie explains what products she is using and why. I appreciate her educating me about the products she’s using (she uses organic) and why she’s choosing them for my skin. She has even sent me home with FREE samples to try! I would highly recommend Shamie to anyone looking for laser or skin care!

There is simply no one better than Shamie! I’ve been going to her for laser hair removal for full legs, underarms, and my lady area and I am thrilled!! I’m not even done with all my sessions and my hair is almost all gone! I’ve also had a facial with her and my skin was baby soft! Going to her spa is such a great experience, she makes you comfortable by not pushing anything on you, talks out your options and you can tell she genuinely wants the best for you. Today was my second appointment witn Shamie Laser for laser hair remover. Girl!!! It works!! I am so happy to find this place. Shamie answered on all my questions or any concerns. She was asking all the time if I feel comfortable or is it painful. After first appointment results have been amazing! Hair become thinner, some spots do not have any hair at all! I am so excited and finally will be done with shaving!!! Highly recommend!
