I had such a great experience at Shaped Body and Skin Lounge! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I had a Cryo Slim treatment, and Jaycie made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Jaycie was my girl! She is so sweet and very attentive to your needs. Immediately, I felt super comfortable with her. I love that she made sure to ask me questions throughout my service & ask how I’m doing as I can be a soft-spoken sometimes. She also educated me as we were going through my facial. I didn’t realize how tense I was around my jaw and my neck, I didn’t know that was a thing, but I’m glad she made sure to Focus on those points as we were going through the facial. I’ve been looking for a lymphatic drainage facial for a very long time and I’m glad it was with Jaycie and I will definitely be going back to her. I already rescheduled my second appointment. That’s how amazing it

I called to book a clear skin acne facial and they were able to fit me in the next day! I think I got lucky because my esthetician Kirza was amazing and made me feel super comfortable since it was my first time there. She was so knowledgeable and patient enough to give detailed explanations of the science behind acne, what I can do for a skincare regimen, all while giving me multiple treatments with zero pain or discomfort. Thanks Kirza! I will definitely be back for more treatments and can’t wait to try a sculpting massage too. Also shout out to the front desk staff who were very helpful on the phone.

I had my first body contouring session today, and it was an amazing experience! The salon is beautiful and spotless, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and every little detail is thoughtfully planned. The procedure was super comfortable and completely painless. I’m already down 0.5 inches after just one session! We need more places like this in SF. I’ll definitely be back for a membership ☺️

Okay this hscalp experience and lymphatic facial exceeded my expectations by a lot. I was so relaxed and happy with the results of my face and scalp. Kyle was great with explanation and soft spoken during my treatment so i felt Super relaxed!

The advanced scalp care treatment was such a relaxing experience. My technician, Kyle, was so helpful in narrating the steps and making me feel like I could ask questions throughout the process. Elena has been so helpful with booking appointments, I really appreciate her attention to detail and level of customer service. For my first experience I was very satisfied first of all the ambience was amazing the waiting area was very comfortable or don't ask for the actual moment Nicole provided, I had a lymphatic drainage and Columbian wood massage done and I was very satisfied. I will definitely be back .

I went in for a face sculpt service with Kirza. She was very friendly and explained the whole process before beginning. The experience was was one of a kind, like WOW. The massage provided an instant lift and radiant glow. I noticed my face was less puffy and it really released tension on my face. If you’re looking for a non-invasive way to lift, contour, and rejuvenate your face, I can’t recommend face sculpt massage enough. It’s become my go-to for maintaining a natural glow and lifted look—my skin has never looked or felt better! Head over to Kirza as she made the experience seamless.

Shaped AF is such a clean, welcome place! They offer so many services, it’s hard to choose from honestly. I got the advanced scalp detox treatment with Kirza and I fell in love. It was soooo relaxing and Kirza was so informative and personable. Will be back again!

I purchased the program package but was… disappointed. The very first time I went in ( went they sold the package) it was great! My massage lady had me do many exercises. Was very through and sweet. However ever since I purchased the packages, she would skim through the massage missed some exercises she did the first time and would often end 5-10 mins early. If my appointment is at 7, and I arrive at 7 and use the toilet she counts that as massage time which is ridiculous. Also the place is freezing and super noisy, not relaxing at all. Definitely disappointed and overpriced

Never had a scalp treatment and didn't know what to expect. It was amazing so relaxing. Kirza did great and explained everything nicely. Almost fell asleep. Definitely would recommend and Definitely coming back. Want to do more self care and keeping my scalp and hair in tip top shape.

I absolutely love Shaped and can't recommend it more. When you enter, you're always greeted by the friendliest staff, usually Richard or Elena. They are super sweet and always willing to answer questions. I've been coming here to get the lymphatic drainage and Colombian wood therapy massages. I've done both the 60 and 90 minutes and have done add-ons. Once you start going regularly you can really tell the difference when you don't do it. I've had both Vika and Nikki do them and the quality and conversation is always great! Since being a Shaped member I also started getting regular hydro-facials and Kyle is your girl! My skin has never felt or looked better. I've also done the head spa with Dani, and my scalp feels so clean. It's a super pampering and relaxing experience too! If you're on their IG you've probably seen the booty facial, which I tried too. It was fun (probs not something I'd do again) but Mel was fantastic! Truly felt like I had a baby's bottom after. All in all if you're looking for a place to detox your body, practice some self-care, or just pamper yourself while getting snatched, you won't find anywhere better!! I truly love Shaped and all the staff. And it's always such a personalized experience! I'll miss this place when I move!

Amanda was an incredible massage therapist. She took the time to explain each process of my lymphatic massage and was very careful not to hurt my upset tummy. She made me feel right at home and honestly the results speak for themself (I do NOT have abs but this massage made me have definition!) 10/10 would recommend

Booked a Colombian Body Sculpt with Lymphatic Draining & it was amazing! Instant gratification as the results were literally apparent right after. After draining my left leg (before my right) I could physically feel the difference in weight in the legs. Not to mention the way my waist was snatched right after. Amanda was amazing and answered all of the questions I had + explained every step in thorough detail. I loved it & can’t wait to come back

Didn’t even make it in for an appointment because I received a text message 20 minutes before my appointment that the treatment provider had called out of work and “everyone else was fully booked” considering a deposit is required to book and the appointments were confirmed MULTIPLE times, this is super disappointing. Time is the only thing you can’t get back and mine was wasted and I didn’t even get treatment!

Got the scalp facial with Kyle. Definitely a unique and relaxing experience; I loved the use of the tools, especially the camera 🎥 . The facility looks new, it’s clean, and I appreciate the cohesive design. I’d definitely come back for other services.

I had Amanda at Shaped Af and I had the best experience there. It was my first time getting a lymphatic drainage massage, Amanda took her time and explained all the tools and everything that she was doing. She was very gentle and the pressure seemed just right. The place is also very lovely and adds to a calm relaxing experience. I can’t wait for my next one!

I had an amazing session at Shaped AF today! I really wanted to treat myself so booked a head spa session with a facial. Dani did my treatment today and she was awesome! She analyzed my scalp and determined that my shampoo, due to the argan oil, was creating a lot of build up. She went over which products she was using and explained each step of the process. There was a lot included in the session, especially with the addition of the facial, and I enjoyed every minute. My favorite parts were there was a cold element. It was so hot outside, so the cold felt refreshing. The room is warm, but not uncomfortable. It probably helped me enjoy the change in temperature better. Also, during those cold sessions, I felt tingling throughout my body even though it was cold concentrated only on my scalp. It felt good. Dani has a calm, welcoming vibe. Her hands were gentle when moving your neck, but gave the perfect pressure when massaging. I really appreciated her input on what I need to do to achieve a healthier scalp. The very, very minor issue was during the sound bath. There's like chill pop music played through the entire layout and I felt it overpowered the sound bath a bit. I have this weird thing where I tend to hear background noise better. In the end, the sound bath helped me get to a relaxed state to start the treatment. The sound of the water plus the massage and facial put me in a state of complete relaxation, in the place between sleep and awake. I felt so rested when my session was over. My scalp feels so squeaky clean! Photos of my scalp were taken before and after, and I can see the difference. My hair feels soft and refreshed. And my skin texture feels smoother. The spa is very clean. The lobby is bright and the treatment area is dim with a calming glow from the lights. There's also complimentary tea that I would've enjoyed had it not been so hot. Dani said head spa treatments can get addicting, and I can see why. I'm going to research their membership options. But I'm definitely coming back here whenever I need a self care day. Side note: their website isn’t quite mobile friendly. I don’t know the technical term, but they use an another company, that seems to partner with many spas, to host their site. I DM’d them on Instagram to book my first appointment and found the process to be much easier.

It was my first time having a scalp treatment at Shape.AF and they didn’t disappoint me. Elena assisted me with what treatment to get and booked my appointment. Once I arrived, the place was so clean and they also offered me a free water and tea at the lounge area. Kyle was my technician and she didn’t disappoint me as well. She is so accommodating and knowledgeable about the treatment I got. I liked how she explained everything on what she was about to do with my scalp and what products she was going to use. The room was nice and clean. The music was so relaxing, the sheets and towels were so clean and smelled good. Once I was done, Kyle offered me a free water bottle to go as well to stay hydrated. Overall, the staff were so nice and friendly. I will definitely come back!
