I came to see Sharday after a previous bad experience at another location. I want to say I had an amazing visit! You can tell she loves her work. She really listened to my needs and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything she was about to do and paid a lot of attention to details. She took the time to make sure I was not in pain and offered numbing cream if needed it. She was very thorough with my aftercare instructions n provided me everything I need to do so. She made my visit a great one and even texted me later in the day to see how I was feeling and I am deeply thankful for that. Loving my new brows!!
