A contempt, we arrived 5 minutes late. They said that the other client is on his way and that they no longer have anyone else to cut his hair. Since they don't have someone else if they had my son's appointment, only for 5 minutes later. I don't think it took them 5 minutes to cut my son's hair to serve the other client. We came from Raleigh for "the good comments" but it's really unfortunate.

Jennifer did amazing with my kid’s cut, styling it just the way we asked. Kids love this place - with TVs, the nail painting, and the hair braids. Not cheap, but still super busy on weekends, so apparently not too expensive to deter the crowds. Fun place, overall, that makes the experience enjoyable for kids.

Jennifer is the absolute best. I travel 30 minutes just so she can cut my son’s hair. Absolutely the best.

My kid had a Hair wash & Haircut from the hairstylist Chole . She is professional and sweet . She did a complimentary nail polish 💅 along with hair wash for my kid. Overall good experience & We recommend this saloon for kids.

Sharkys Cary is The Best around. The stylists (especially Chloe and Izzy) are very talented and the Front Desk staff has wonderful customer service skills. I booked 3 back to back appointments for my kids with the same stylist. We would have been there from 4-515p. The Front Desk staff offered the option of having another stylist help one of the kids so that we could be done earlier. Because of their effort, all 3 kids were done before 4:45p.

Adding to my previous post from a couple of years ago... We've been back. It is the only place my 3yr old son will sit for a cut. We have always been happy with our haircuts and service over the last 7 years. My kids loved it here. Pricier than a usual kids cut for us but it's absolutely worth it for the whole experience. We'll be back.

Ms. Jennifer is an angel! She is so kind and patient with my boys even when they are having a complete melt down. She always does an amazing job even through the thrashing and crying.

My daughter got her first-ever haircut with KB today and it was a wonderful experience. My daughter is older (almost 6) so we didn’t have any trouble with sitting still, but she was still given cushions to sit on for comfort, her favorite cartoons on TV, and a choice of shampoo scent which she all thoroughly enjoyed. Even though we just did a trim, KB took her time and was very thorough and careful, and very conscious of not cutting off too much. She spoiled my daughter with a little mini-manicure and new hair clips and a balloon too; my daughter was in heaven LOL. Thank you so much KB, we can’t wait to come visit you again!

We had such a great experience for my daughter’s first haircut. KB was so patient and kind with my 3 year old. Maddy was very welcoming and helpful with getting my daughter settled and comfortable. My son also got a haircut by Jennifer and she did a wonderful job!!

We have family pictures in the morning and Kb saved the day! We had an appointment at the Morrisville location. Due to the unprofessionalism of the owner we left before our appointment. There was one time slot left at the Cary location and I'm so thankful we got it. They were a million times more professional (the entire location and staff not just our stylist) than the other location. We will definitely be back to this location and thankful our son has a great looking haircut for our pictures! Highly recommend this location!

Jenn T is always amazing!! My son has a really tough time with haircuts and she is fantastic with him! I know he is hard to deal with but she always has a smile on her face and tells him how great he did! Thank you, Jenn! It is appreciated more than you know! ♥️

Jennifer was so incredibly amazing! Her kindness and patience is unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had bringing our son for his first haircut. I unfortunately didn’t catch the girls name working the front desk but she was also stellar. I highly recommend coming to Sharkeys and seeing Jennifer if you can!

My almost 2 yr old daughter just wasn't ready for the experience, but Jennifer managed to trim her hair while she sat on my lap and watched Ms Rachel. (Win!) We'll definitely try again when my daughter is a bit older. It's a fun concept for sure!

Terrible customer service. Kai b was very rude and the girls at the front desk were rude the moment we walked in.
