Such a cute place. I did my 10 month old daughter first hair cut. They gave a certificate and picture with a lock of hair. She was very comfortable getting her haircut there. Staff super friendly. Easy to get an appointment. Looking forward to her next cut here.

Great service for kids haircuts. They have cute chairs for the little ones and video entertainment for the older ones. The stylist are all very patient and sweet. Checking in and checking out is easy.

Recomendadísimo este lugar! Desde que entras todo el personal hace sentir a tus hijos únicos y especiales! Antes mis hijos lloraban para cortarse el pelo y hoy no hicieron sino sonreir! El lugar está pensado para niños pero tambien me atendieron a mi con mucho profesionalismo y cortesía. Pregunten por Rosa, no se van a decepcionar!

I felt welcome with their excelent customer service and I love that they have a rewards program. I recommend Rosa Mejía. She cuts my daughters hair since she was 2; she is a very good hairdresser, genuine sweet and very patience. She has been cutting my daughters hair for over 10 years; super recommend specially for the kids!

I had very high hopes for my son’s (almost 2) hair cut. The process felt rushed and impersonal. They asked which “car chair” he wanted to sit in, and before he could even look at them all, they said go to the red car because it’s smaller. He probably would have chosen the fire truck if they gave him more than 8 seconds to pick. We told our stylist that we just want to go a little shorter and clean it up. We showed her a picture from his first hair cut for reference. She took out the buzz cutter and went shorter than I could have ever imagined. When I told her to stop she insisted that I showed her a picture of his hair that short. For a place specializing in children’s hair cuts, I expected them to go slower and engage with him a little. She should have introduced herself to him, say hi, and maybe ask some things he likes. Had she taken 2 minutes to interact with him, he probably would have felt more comfortable and had a better overall experience. I also had hoped they would check with the parents as they went to see if we were ok with what they were doing. This experience made me extremely sad. Not just because his hair cut is awful, but because of the experience my son had.

Love taking my girls here, everyone is so nice. My favorite stylist is Rosa she is super friendly and knows what she is doing! Always so nice and attentive! Definitely recommend this place for kids.

My wife found this place by random. Our kiddos absolutely love this place. Hair cuts are no longer a nightmare for kids. Great service all around. The environment is so awesome for kids. Video games and TV streaming while they get a haircut or even braids! Rosa is the absolute BEST! She does it all and has a heart of GOLD! Rosa La mas HERMOSA!!!!!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had cutting my son's (2yrs) hair! From the moment that you enter Sharkey's until the end, everything is perfect. Rocio was amazing and very professional and help my son feel really comfortable all way through, she was very kind and made our own experience unforgettable! Fair price, they take walk-ins, beautiful place and really really friendly and kind staff! We will be back for sure! Thank you for this amazing experience! Update review: Well, I went today, just last minute and ask if they would take a walk in and she told me that there was no problem but that I needed to wait 10min, I was really ok with that, but then just 2min after us, another customer came in, same thing as me, walk in and she said 10min wait, but then only 3min after they came in, she gave that kid priority over my child, so I asked her what was going on and she just told me that she wanted a different hairdresser to take my boy... I think that is so unprofessional because if I am a walk-in, I should get the first hairdresser available and not the person that came after me. I felt really uncomfortable and I started shaking so I had to leave. I really loved this place but I don't think they know how to treat customers! I felt profiled and ashamed!

Yosmi was amazing with my son. He’s on the spectrum and while he can now tolerate clippers, it’s only for brief moments and she was able to do a great haircut with mainly scissors, quick on trimming the edges with the clippers and super sweet at the same time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Amazing with spot for kids, especially for those who aren’t a huge fan of getting haircuts. My toddler was helped by Rosa, who made it happen quick, seamless and turned out great! Highly recommend.
