I have been looking for a lash place to replace my old shop that closed down over the last year and I finally found it! These guys are the best. Professional, legitimate and a very nice experience, the whole process was personalized to my liking and taste. Can’t wait to go back. :-)

Amazing service. I was skeptical about the location but I fell asleep during the procedure and when I woke up I was completely in love with my lashes! A bit pricey but they lasted a little over a month without a touch up so it was worth it.

Extremely disappointed in the fact that in the middle of a global pandemic the only options they're giving their customers are to leave their homes and get their lashes done or pay a $50.00 cancellation fee. Disgusting way to treat loyal customers at a time when we should all be looking out for one another.

She Winks Lash Studio is a marvalous place which provides the clients with lash extension and micro-blading eyebrow services. I recently reached out to She Winks Lash Studio to schedule an appointment which Maya was able to accommodate me immediately. Ramona, the owner is amazing. She took her time to inform me about the business and the talented technicians which she trains with lots of care. This morning I got my lash extensions done by Victoria. She took her time and gently gave me the most beautiful shaped lash extensions in the world, she stated she did a mix of cat eye and gorgeous look. Later, when checking out Maya informed me of the classes which the Studio offers. I highly recommend to get more info on the classes if you are looking to learn the lash extensions and micro-blading eyebrows services. The location is on 45th street between 6th and 7th Avenue. The entrance of the building is clean. The Studio is located on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere of the studio is chic, fabulous and fresh. The lashes are flawless and light weight. As a Google Local Guide I highly recommend SHE WINKS LASH STUDIO. I had a WONDERFUL experience. This is my new lash extension spot. The lashes last for more than a month. Try it for yourself.

Nice place i did my lashes there twice.the 2nd time they all fell out in almost 2 weeks.. The girls are really sweet and pretty but very rude manager. They offered me 10% after i explained the situation/made the complaint but no thanks. I never went back. That same manager called me back asking how did she come off rude (not even apologizing for the attitude but justifying it) when i never even gave them consent to do that.

Never been so angry. I was completely and utterly ripped off. It is day two.. and they're all gone. The lashes fell off just by breathing. They are not long lasting and I will most definitely not be coming again. Not recommended. You can get the same service elsewhere for MUCH cheaper. Go somewhere better and get your money's worth.

I received awful service from this group of stuck up bimbos, who thought they were god's gift to the world. They were more interested in how they looked than my concerns about how my lashes looked. Waste of money! Waste of time! Don't bother going to this overpriced crap hole

I'm obsessed with my Lashes!!! The staff is great ... The location is great and my lashes are Stunning!! I love waking up in the morning and feeling beautiful and ready without needing makeup. Having to wear glasses and contacts it is So much easier not to need mascara or any other eye makeup and still feel as Beautiful as ever!! Shewinks is the Best!!

Let me start out by saying that I have been going to this place for almost 2 years and they do have some good technicians. However my last 2 experiences was enough for me to decide that I can no longer support this place. I scheduled a 3 week refill with Loann and while she is nice, she just doesn't know what she's doing. This is the second time she has done my lashes & after 2 weeks I have none left. So I scheduled a 2 week refill for last Friday and this time I made sure Olga did my lashes. Olga informs me that I have to get charged for a full set bc I don't have any lashes left. I had explained to her what happened prior and I still had to pay for a full set. I agreed but that's when I knew I would not be coming back because their policy on 2 & 3 week refills are stupid and some of their techs are terrible. If I could have waited to go somewhere else I would have done so but I needed my lashes done for an event so I was in a bind but that's okay because I won't be going back
