gotten a rezo cut with ismeida and she quite literally saved my hair with the cut and treatment. she is very easy to talk too, understood my concerns and also told me what was being done at every step which I LOVE. her energy is amazing and i didn't feel stress about this haircut at all, shes very trusting!! 10/10

I had an incredible experience at Shear Art Salon & Spa on Saturday. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My stylist, Melanie, took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and color. I've never felt so pampered and confident leaving a salon before!

Tasha did an AMAZING job, I am so so happy with my hair!! She made me feel some comfortable even though I was a bit indecisive, her professional recommendations that she gave when I asked for them truly got me to my desired result!

This salon lost my business for good. Last weekend I called in to advice that I was stuck in traffic due to a car accident and that I had to take a detour that would make me 5 minutes late. They told me not to bother if I can't be there on time. Not only did they cancel my appointment for that day, but canceled my daughter's appointment for today. They claim they can't find it in their new booking system.

I absolutely love Shear Impressions salon! I have been coming here for 10 years! All of the stylist are top notch. Laura, Richard and Anastasia have all done great cuts and color for me.... and Anastasia's blowouts are the BEST!! 🤩

I’m not really sure what happened to this location but it’s gone downhill. I did everything I was supposed to when you have a hair appt, I brought reference pics and i provided them with information on what I wanted and it wasn’t what I was looking for. I even went for a second consultation and the girl kept arguing w me about what I wanted and it’s frustrating and confusing for a client who comes in knowing exactly what they want to be put with “but” and “I’m not sure”. I’m not coming back here, it’s not worth the time or money.

This is a very high-end salon and it's even open on Sundays!! The Stylists are very knowledgeable and they carry Redkin products. I was very pleased with my highlights and the price. Highly recommended!

Finding a new stylist in a new area is always tough!! I booked with Paulina and she was amazing and also so sweet! I showed her some old pics of what I wanted and she did an amazing job and also said we could play around with the color for next time, if needed. The cut was perfect, too! I have thick hair but wanted it shorter with layers. Sometimes it can turn into a lions mane, but the layers make it look great. Definitely recommend going to see Paulina!!

Ok don’t walk run to this salon and get your hair done by Paulina let me tell you how she understood the assignment slayed my hair! This girl is magic I went yesterday not knowing what to expect being a first time client there and was hoping for the best but my girl did a great job and she was so sweet and personable! Oh a the salon is so cute they have a little boutique area!

I went to this Salon for the first time and was impressed with how clean and huge this salon is. Pam did my hair and she listened to exactly what I wanted. She is meticulous with her work and explains everything she is doing. She was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable regarding hair. I asked her what I could do with my hair because it gets really greasy so quickly and she suggested a few shampoos I could try and they have been helping! She definitely goes the extra mile. You can tell hair is her passion. Thanks Pam!

Pami does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable while getting your hair done. I went to her for a balayage and haircut and looved the results! She will definitely work with you to get exactly what you want.

Pami was my stylist in NC for such a short time, but I grew to trust her quickly. She stayed an hour past close once because she wanted to me to be satisfied with my color. She listens and tries her best to work with you, I'll miss her but glad she'll be able to flourish even more in Tampa!

Pami was my stylist when she was in North Carolina. I will miss her dearly but her move to Florida and new job is so well deserved. She is the most thoughtful and skilled hair stylist I have ever had. She completely understands my vision and goals and does exactly what she says she will. I have had bad cuts in the past and it’s such a crummy feeling to feel like you weren’t listened to and have to suffer horrible grow out. It’s such a relief to sit down in a chair and know exactly what to expect. She also prioritizes hair health and client education. I have learned so much from her! I wish her all the best!

Sylvia is one of the best manicurist I have ever worked with. She takes her time, she is detailed oriented, she takes care of your nails and cuticles. She doesn’t use the machine and on top of it all she’s pleasant. The salon overall has a great vibe. The women are nice and they offer you cartaditos and cappuccinos. It is a conveniently located inside the mall to your right when you walk inside. This is the perfect place for a local or for anyone visiting. I’m definitely coming back.

I got my hair colored (the color looks nice) and was supposed to get a full blow dry but because the coloring took more time than expected, they just ended up partially drying my hair. When I asked if I was paying for a full blow dry they said yes even though my hair was still wet and didn’t really get a full blow dry. After almost 3 hours my hair is still humid and looks like I let my hair air dry after washing it. I paid 50 dollars for that and on top of that left 15% tip. Not to mentioned I thought I was going in and paying 90 dollars and ended up adding multiple things I wasn’t aware they charged for (shampoo, a protector for the hair) that added up to 250 dollars + tip. Not happy with them not being fair with price and charging for a service that wasn’t provided.

Kelsey has done wonderful with my hair and experience! She listens to what you’re looking for and executes it even better than you imagine! She offered education on products and recommendations for my hair that I asked for. She doesn’t push products onto you to buy like other hairstylists do, but instead shows you what she’s using and the purpose. Her knowledge on products and how she explains them is so helpful. She is a hairstylist who is truly skilled and loves what she does. I share her information with everyone who compliments my hair. She makes sitting behind her chair easy to trust and feel safe that the style will come out perfect!
