I have only been to Jackie once. A great cut, conditioning, and highlight. My only problem is you can’t get a hold of her to make another appointment. A real shame!

Jackie had me waiting for awhile on her to arrive. She also took a phone call while doing my hair. She seemed very unprofessional. It also took her 3 hours to do my hair. If I make an appointment I should not be there before she is. She didn’t even act like it was a big deal that I was waiting for 30 mins for her to arrive.

Worst experience ever!!!! Went in there and she was on the phone with an insurance company for 10 mins knowing that I'm waiting for her. She said she has an injured arm and cannot blow dry or style. Which I've already paid for. Then I showed the hair cut I wanted and she said that i already have have a different hair cut and she cannot do the hair cut that i wanted. She started mixing the color and I said don't bleach my hair which I've never done and I've got highlights all my life without bleach. She said that she has to bleach. I walked out. Jackie was so unprofessional and I have never experienced such a terrible service from anyone. She technically did not want to provide The service she promised. I took time off of work to come here. Save your money and time do not use her. It's not you get anything for free. If you pay for everything you should not get treated like this.
