Absolutely disrespectful place don’t recommend anybody go here the lady Avis gave me a uneven part it wasn’t lined up with my nose it was 3 inches to the side under my right eye braids were lose the lady did not listen messed my hair up 3 times b4 fixing it and still did not do my hair right lady said I wasn’t allowed at the shop anymore bc I wasn’t pleased with the results the owner was super rude and called me a lier and said the hair stylist was a perfectionist when she wasn’t bc she messed my braids up and created knots in my braids she tied the rubber bands so tight I couldn’t even grip them to take them out all around if I can give them no stars I would don’t recommend you waste ur money at this salon u will be disappointed

Clean and friendly atmosphere! Ask for Avis! She's been doing my hair for the last few years and can work with all types of hair textures.

Receptionist is rude and disrespectful. Good stylist seem to be treated badly. Rhonda Smith is the best and is now at Faye Francis. Great Bridge shopping center.

This place has gone down hill fast! The receptionist is a class A jerk along with the new owner. They behave like a couple of school girl bullies, aren’t helpful at all, treat their staff with disrespect, don’t listen to the customer’s needs. I will never return to this place again.

Today was my 2nd time getting my hair styled by Michelle. She's experienced and very easy to communicate with and understand what I like. Price is affordable too for someone like me a stay at home mom to get pampering time to make myself beautiful again. I am just happy to find someone who can make me feel good about myself.

Today was my first try at this salon. I had Laura Nance while there. She was prompt, conversational and professional. Everyone in the salon was practicing sufficient COVID protocols and made me feel safe. I will definitely be back to see Laura in the future. The cost and the quality of service are unmatched. I am happy with my hair and the price I paid for it.
