Jess is amazing. She has been doing my hair for years, and I always leave feeling beautiful! ♡ lots of good talks and laughs as well! The salon is always clean and everyone else there is friendly and professional as well! I highly recommend this salon!

I love supporting local businesses when they show great customer service, and know how of what they do etc this morning I had the pleasure of going to Shear Dimensions here in mauston, wi and was seen by Betsy who not only gave me her professional and courteous advice but made me feel comfortable and it looks amazing!I will definitely keep coming back and recommend! I was in town for work and needed a hair refresher. Call and made an appointment with Betsy. She was on time, pleasant to talk to, professional and gave me an outstanding haircut. I will be driving the 2+ hours to hair her work on my hair again!

Giving only one star and that's because they're friendly! Took myself and daughter to get hair cuts and nails. When I got home and took a better look at the haircuts I noticed how uneven they were. It was so bad I had to recut it myself. I called and left a message but no one has called me back. I took photos of before and after. Very disappointed! They could of at least called me back. Very unprofessional!! Will not go back and will advise others to go elsewhere.
