Below is a portion of the letter sent via US mail and email to the owner on October 30, 2021and I still have not received any type of response: When my stylist CarTesh began she did not know that she would be cutting off my dreadlocks. It became quite clear that she was not comfortable cutting them off. After cutting the dreads, she led me over for a shampoo, during which my shirt became soaked with water thereby making the remainder of the appt. quite uncomfortable. She picked my hair out and snipped off a few strays. I was NOT given a cut/style. I was left sitting with water dripping off my head and my shirt wet for over 15 minutes. When she returned she had a sponge and I noticed that it had hairs embedded in the sponge and I did not feel comfortable with her using it. My hair is so uneven that I am now going to have to pay to have it fixed somewhere else. My appt. was for 10 am and she didn’t finish up until12:30-12:45 p.m. When we went to the front desk we notified the receptionist that I was ready for my massage. We were told that someone had listed and billed me for being a no-show for the haircut and massage! She said that she did not know that I was back there getting my hair done, apologized, stated that the massage person had left for the day and that she would see if she could find someone to do my massage. Many clients and workers were not masked or either wearing their masks inappropriately. While waiting I received an email on my phone stating that I was charged the full cost of the hair cut and massage to being reported as a “no show.” The massage room was not like your website. It was extremely bright and the sheets did not look to be clean. During my massage the music began and after only 5 minutes it stopped. I asked her twice to please start the music and she said that it was charging. I found out later that what she meant was that she was recharging her phone. I complained about the extremely loud noises and conversations going on outside the room and she shrugged that off. I would describe the massage as being more of a “rub” with lotion. By the time Nicole was ready for me it was 2:15 and she finished at 3:00 p.m. When I was checking out I notified the receptionist that my massage only lasted 45 minutes instead of 60 and she simply shrugged it off. I am requesting compensation for the disaster that was supposed to be a wonderful treat in celebration of my 60th birthday.

Amazing business! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed,the stylist was absolutely sweet,professional,walked me/my mom through every step of the cut and style! Definitely recommend the salon to everyone!

I Love this place! The ambiance is amazing! The tone/vibe they set was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in i was greeted with a kind smile by the owner & offered a refreshment. They have wine, mimosas, water, & soda. Ronnie, my stylist, was prompt and efficient. She fit me in last minute & was Extremely good at multitasking with everything on her plate. I got canceled on by my original appointment BUT BOY AM I GLAD I THEY CANCELED. This salon was a dream. I’ll recommend anyone here! I saw kids, men’s cuts & beard care, black women getting styled, & Hispanic women too! VERY diverse & inclusive. They do nails, facials & have everything you need for self care. I had to park in a garage around the corner but Dallas is so cool I enjoyed my stroll down here. Parking was only $10. Come support black women entrepreneurs and come practice self care here - YOU DESERVE IT :)

I am always very pleased with this establishment. The level of customer service is well above my expectations. You are greeted by everyone and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Judai has made me feel like she has known me for years. I always leave with a smile on my face and look forward to returning.

I received braids from Judai on many occasions, she is really sweat and kind. She always does a nice neat job and my braids always last a very long time. I highly recommend her for braiding services.

I scheduled an appointment online and completed the required forms. The next day I received a text and email that my appointment had been cancelled without any explanation or option to rebook. I don't feel this is very professional way to book new clients. Bummer because I was really looking forward to supporting this business. **** salon staff called following review to rebook appointment and explained there was a mixup with a different Jessica. Excited for my visit!

Loved the place, very classy!! They greeted me and were sweet. I went in for eye lash extensions, first time here. Loved my experience. The only reason for the 4 star is because i had my appointment at 3pm but had to wait till 4pm cause they had booked me with a eye lash specialist who was out of town so they had to call in another one of there eye lash specialist to come in and do my lashes, but i didnt mind the wait. Her name was Tatiana , loved how she did my lashes. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable and she was quick at doing my lashes too which i was quite impressed about

Second time here for a massage and it has been amazing! From beginning to end service is welcoming, professional and overall divine. It’s a beautiful spot, well maintained and staff is full of great people. Today I had a Swedish/pregnancy massage with Nicole, 10/10 recommended, she was great! The wait times are too long, and I just felt as though I was not a priority during my last visit. I am very disappointed with the service. Edit: the response I just received was unprofessional. If I need to change or cancel an appointment within an acceptable time frame I will. That does not have anything to do with me showing up on time, and having to wait over an hour or two. Im actually not surprised about your tacky response. Enjoy your day, as I will do the same.

Wow, I am so impress with this whole establishment alone. This is a black owned one stop shop to all self care services. They have nail techs , massage rooms, hair stylist, a barber, makeup artist, complimentary drinks, you name it! Andrienne the owner and hair stylist deserves all five stars and multiple thumbs up! Her service alone was top tier, she educated me and came up with a plan on how to get my hair health again but her team and establishment alone was the icing on the cake! Come here if you are wanting to support black excellence with excellent quality!

I absolutely love this salon!!! It’s hard to find places that know how to cut naturally curly hair but after finding this salon I am in love! Lay’la is usually the hair stylist that cuts my hair and i’m always in love with my hair cut after she’s done. She is so sweet and nice to talk to and she always has my hair looking great and teaching me how to care for my hair. I recommend this place for any body that has curly hair and needs a cut without anxiety of it looking bad.

I hosted a combination Mommy Shower/ Birthday Celebration for a party of 8 queens and purposefully selected a Black owned business to support. I was 100% pleased! All of the staff deserve the ABCD Award, because they went over and beyond the call of duty to take care of our EVERY need! The services were professional, accurate, accommodating, fun, lively and just downright AHHHMAZING! Kudos to the owner Adrienne, Toni, Tamia, Nicole, Harrison, Courtney and others who made our visit enjoyable! I will make this a regular visit to seek self-care services and I can't wait to get back!!! You MUST give them a try to experience for yourself! You will not be disappointed!
