I love this place, and the couple who co-own this hair shop. I have been going for years, even after moving out of san francisco. I wait too long in between hair appointments because she makes me want to go back to visit. Very grateful they are around.

Love this place! After paying waaaaay too much for a no-frills men’s, short haircut, I’m glad I found this place. They take appointments by text and I can often find haircuts on the same day. The woman who cuts my hair is extremely fast. I’m talking 15 minutes to do a very precise job. I’ve never seen anyone cut my hair that fast and do an amazing job at the same time. A lot of places around here charge $70-$100 for a short haircut, and I honestly find that they stretch out the haircut to justify the price.

Their hours show closed so I spoke with the owners and they let me know something is up with the google website. They let me know it’s by appointment only Monday-Saturday and they are closed Sundays. I’ve been going to them for years and I am so happy with their service. The lady really thinks of how you style your hair and will let you know what her thoughts are in terms of cutting your hair. She is thoughtful and very detailed. You can tell she really cares about her work and it shows. I hope they never close because my hair looks so good after cutting it here. I don’t really trust many other people with my hair like I do with this lady

Both my husband and I go regularly for years. Kind and experience owners. They do a great job. Taking Covid seriously, good air filters, masks etc. I am very happy with their professionalism and experience.

Exceptional salon! Pauline is a very experienced stylist with steady hands. She was able to cut my hair exactly the way I wanted by just showing her a picture of my past haircut. Her husband Andy is a super nice guy as well. Although I called last minute because I could not make it to my appointment on time, they were able to accommodate me for a later time on the same day. Would give 10 ⭐ stars if I could!

I have been going here for many years as they were always incredibly affordable. The haircut they give has always been perfect. Ive always brought the same picture in and usually vary up the length I ask for based on the image, and she always nails it. The shop is a family run shop and the older couple who run it are a wonderful Vietnamese couple. They speak English well, though very heavily accented. I will always and forever recommend this place to anyone who needs a perfect haircut at a reasonable price

Such a great place owned by a very sweet couple. They know how to cut thick Asian hair, and I was really impressed with how well Pauline shaped up my hair!

I love this shop and was so happy when I finally found them after 2 years of searching in SF. Budget-friendly, high-quality, AND super nice! I usually come in with pictures, and Pauline always asks clarifying questions. I would recommend making an appointment, and being flexible. This is a one-chair shop, so sometimes they get behind on schedule. I also just love the feeling of being in a family-run business: it's cozy and feels like home.

this is the best quality/price ratio haircut in town. anyone leaving a negative review doesn't understand "no frills" and for them there are literally hundreds of $200 establishments in this city. my girlfriend and I continue to have A+ experiences over a period of 3 years.

Extremely poor customer service. Made an appointment, and the owner (?) called back minutes later saying they would be unable to give me a haircut, now or in the future, and to go elsewhere. No rationale or justification provided. Will make sure my colleagues avoid this place.

I love this place! The owners are so nice, and you get top grade hair services for really inexpensive prices. I have gotten many hair cuts and several highlights done there, and I have been happy every time.

The woman who cut my hair was hostile and kept rolling her eyes at me every time I'd try to ask her to change the cut a little. I was very nervous because it was my first short haircut in a long time, and she lacked the compassion to take that into account. I shall never return, and I highly do NOT recommend this establishment. Honestly. My hair turned out horribly! At one point, she got inpatient with me and just took a whole chunk off of one side which left me lopsided and screwed up the whole cut. Never again!
