Beware! This salon misrepresents their pricing. They do not honor the prices that are posted online and charge whatever they feel like, after the service is complete. My wife got a pedicure that was supposed to be $30 and was charged $40. I got a haircut that was supposed to be $15 and I was charged $20. My cut is as easy as they come and the lame reason I was given is, each stylist can charge whatever they want. Problem is, they don’t tell you upfront. If this isn’t a scam, I don’t know what is. Buyer Beware!

Elizabeth has been doing my hair for almost 8 years now. She has always given me what I ask for. She’s very talented and can do vivid fashion colors & beautiful natural colors. When she left her last salon I followed her here. I would never choose a different stylist no matter how far the drive. She’s funny and easy to talk to. It’s always been a good experience. I highly recommend her. As for the salon itself it is a warm and welcoming environment. Kathy and the other girls at the front desk are kind and have the great ability to multitask. This is a family owned business and it shows in the way they have chosen their staff and how they treat their customers. I also got my eyebrows micro-bladed here about 7 years ago and I still get compliments on them. If you are looking for a full service salon and would like to support a small business I recommend Shear Paradise Salon.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was recommended this salon by someone and I was not impressed at all. For starters, it’s in a run down strip mall. Then when you walk inside, there’s so much stuff in the salon it’s completely overwhelming. It looks tacky and cheap. Just because you have a small business, doesn’t mean it needs to look like an antique shop threw up all over the place. I did like that they had a hot cocoa and cookie station, but other than that, it was just too much. Unfortunately, my appointment went from bad to worse. I was on time for my appointment and my stylist made me wait for 30-45 minutes just to be seen, which is ridiculous! It was my day off, but on my days off I’m very busy and I had another appointment to get to. Then, when I finally saw the stylist, I explained to her that I had my hair done the day before and it wasn’t what I wanted and I told her specifically the style that I wanted. I even had a picture. And yet, for some reason, she couldn’t get it done. I just wanted a simple blowout (blowdry/style) and I just can’t seem to get that! I’m sorry, but if you’re going to be a professional stylist and you can’t do a basic style, you need to go back to school! But the absolute worst part was when the stylist told me that she went to her daughter’s school and her daughter was complaining, because she hadn’t showered that day and she smelled bad. That was very unpleasant! I didn’t need to know that! I would never tell anyone that. To save her the embarrassment, I won’t say the stylist’s name, but I will never go back here ever again. I regret going the first time.

I came in last week to get a haircut with Noha. I am very unhappy with the results. I asked for her to take off the dead ends, and she showed me the 4 inches or so she was going to trim, which I was happy with during the initial consult. However, she cut off more than double the amount which was over 4 years worth of growth. I hate the length and I’m unhappy with how she cut my bangs too. I have cried multiple times because I miss my long hair. I will not be a returning client.

My stylist was Elizabeth and she did an amazing job! She gave me exactly what I asked for but even better! I came in with 3 different reference photos for my hair cut because I wasn’t 100% what would look good/what I wanted, and she figured out how to give me the best of all three, and made sure every detail was perfect! I highly recommend going with Elizabeth if you choose this salon.

Owner does not care about her customers. Terrible place to go to as you will be treated poorly. I tanned here for over 10 years and purchased items in the boutique to support however I was treated terribly by one of the girls at the front desk. I waited over 20 minutes to tan two days in a row. When I mentioned something I was treated terribly and the girl at the front desk was very hostile. This made me not want to ever go back. The owner supports this type of hostility behavior and could care less about her customers! After 10 years of supporting this business for which I will no longer support due to the hostility!! This owner does not value her customers!! Do NOT go here!!!!!! I will continue to be an advocate for people in hopes they won’t experience the hostility I did after 10 years of being a customer. Shear Paradise is owned by a lady who could care less about her customers!!

Wow!!! What an Awesome place!!! Kathy the Owner is so Amazing!! My hairstylist Elizabeth is superb. This is my place for nails, hair, microblading, tannning, and lots of fun merchandise to choose from.

Haven’t had my hair cut in about 7 months due to illness and had to find a new salon and I am so glad I found Shear Paradise! Greeted warmly upon entering and my stylist Elizabeth was AMAZING! She listened, was emphatic to my situation and in the end made me feel a little bit like myself again! The owner even came out to greet and chat with me about my amazing experience! Definitely going back! Thank you so much!

This place was AMAZING! Kathy the owner is so friendly and welcoming! She made so many accommodations to make sure I was comfortable! Elizabeth was my stylist she truly listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for! She was extremely understanding and kept me updated the entire process! Even the other stylists were fun to chat with! Also the pricing cannot be beat!! Definitely will be coming back and could not recommend them enough!

This place is near and dear to my heart. I love Kathy and all the ladies here! So friendly and oh so talented. I see Sarah, she is a master hair designer for sure. She should be teaching ( nudge, nudge). I'll not go anywhere else. From facials to tanning beds, jewelry, huge variety of hair products for everyone. This is a hidden treasure that you must find! It's like having every salon service÷÷÷, Ulta and a boutique all in one. I love the loving and friendly atmosphere, you can't find this perfection anywhere else. I can't sing Kathy's praises enough for Shear Paradise Salon is an all in one stop shop. You'll love it as much as I do. Thank you for everything you do and God bless you all!

Nit is my amazing stylist and I've been going to her for 7 years now. She's the only one I trust to do my hair. Even when I went on a 7,000 mile RV trip with my hubby and our dogs I never had anyone else do anything to my hair.

I was recently a customer at the Shear Paradise Salon for a haircut. My hairdresser was Noha Salman and I couldn't be happier with her styling and the cut she gave me! I have difficult straight fine hair and I'm hard to please but she did awesome with both! I'm happy and love it!! Besides my style my visit with her couldn't have been more pleasant, I'll be back for sure! I highly recommend Noha!!

My son's hair is always to his satisfaction. Noha is an excellent stylist as well as just an enjoyable person. After 2 years, we will not do hair business anywhere else.
